Great deals, great customer service. Use the app for coupons and you will save hundreds over time. Best grocery store ever.

Great place to shop especially if you use drive up and Go the young ladies over there are very helpful and always get my order right. Front end managers are cool also. Best meet department in Shreveport meet is always fresh. There a male name Matt in the deli who has perfect customer service and he is very knowledgeable of the products around him

We are here from out of town visiting family. Had to make a quick run to the store for a few items.... they had everything we needed. Layout was a little weird for me, but I think that's due to it now being my regular store.

Prices are ridiculous "unless it's on sale) compared to other local groceries. Self checkout is horrible with no space for bagged groceries while three employees just hover talking amongst themselves. Over priced and no service. Digital coupons are a must.

The most expensive place in town. It used to be really nice but not anymore. They have remodeled recently but the price is remain consistently high. They are at least a dollar higher on most items then even Brookshire's who is also high. I'm glad we have the Albertsons because of its convenient location but you cannot buy everything there or you would have no money left... You cannot beat their flower selection. Gorgeous floral arrangements. And I have known most of the people in there forever, since the '80s or '90s. The staff is friendly usually. It used to be my favorite grocery store before Kroger bought it.

Way too expensive to be rude. Wanted to make sure I was doing the whole checking my coupons to get the discount and make sure I got the correct chicken deal only to catch attitude for asking. Sorry for interrupting your day ma’am. Aren’t you also like front store manager?
Can’t wait for new management to start making an example of employees. From top to bottom.
And tonight was extra smelly. Brew more coffee so at least the front smells better

This one star is for today. Saturday August 17th. Around eleven am. I don't care if you remodel the store a hundred times, or pave the isles with gold or add a thousand Starbucks (which I never see anyone at). I want to be able to get in, buy my groceries and leave. Today. There was one poor cashier. A line of eight people all with buggies full. As I stood in line I thought the Hell with it, I will just leave my buggy here and leave. But that would have been unfair to the workers. Which always seem to be doing their jobs when I visit. No complaints there. Don't get me started on self checkout (which were busy too). If you want me to use the self checkout. Give me an employee application, hire me and pay me to check myself out. I don't know if the store manager was unaware of this. Which would have been odd since dah, store manager. Hate to think it was ignored. Or that they didn't pitch in and lighten the load by checking out customers. Unless they don't know how to work the register. Or think it is beneath them. So bad experience.
