We've been in shopping twice and the customer service is always great! They have the nicest staff. Chuck helped us find a recliner today, and gave us advice on the best way to get the matching couch when we are ready for it. The variety is nice too. Definitely give them a chance!

If you’re looking for a bed, or any furniture of any kind, Chuck is your guy !!! He was amazing in my whole process of finding a bed & making sure that I absolutely had the right fit !!! All while contacting me afterwards just to make sure I was satisfied. ? Customer service doesn’t get any better than that !!!! Not just him, the whole team there was amazing during my purchases. If you are looking for quality furniture for a reasonable price definitely go check them out. Ask for Ms. Brianca, she is AMAZING! She was super helpful , friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. We know it's hard to find that and that is why her customer service stood out ?

Chuck was truly an excellent help, he was patient, helped with all my questions, found a way to have all my things delivered same day, and was so honest a piece of my furniture and informed me that that’s not how they handle quality and went and got the piece delivered a few days later…I would continue to buy from them and the prices and quality of the furniture is also very nice

Bought a reclining couch and loveseat yesterday, the lady that helped me was upfront and honest about everything she didn't try to sugarcoat anything told me everything I wanted to know about the furniture where it came from how it was made and what they could do if something went wrong I think their furniture that I looked at prior to buying the set that I did purchase was a lot better built lot better quality and a lot lot cheaper than your Ivan Smith's or Ashley outlets had it delivered the same day by a nice team of guys that came in took it out the boxes set it up and we're very professional cleaned up behind them self and took the boxes I can't say enough about this place American freight furniture I'll be back for my next purchase before I go anywhere else thank you for being so awesome

I knew exactly what I wanted before coming in so I wanted everything to run quickly and smoothly and that’s what happen. Charles answered all my questions and helped me pick certain items out. I got same day delivery. They were also quick and efficient. If I need anything else, I will definitely come back!

Brianca was amazing. They have a wide variety of furniture. I went for a mattress. It was a mattress in a bag/box… thankfully it was for my 10 yr old granddaughter. Once we got it home and opened up…. I wasn’t very impressed… had it been for me.. it might last 6 months maybe a year! I would go back for a couch but definitely not for a mattress.
