Never in my 25 years of auctioning did an auction company ever hold up a sale to let people finish registering. If the sale starts at 10 then people should get there early enough to register. People have things to do so for those of us that planned our day we are not so lucky. An auction should never be held up because people failed to plan. Oh and it does not matter how slow the internet is.

I have been participating in their online auctions and have gotten some nice stuff at an excellent price. They are good about checking the items before they list them. I appreciate that they are organized, friendly, and helpful when you pick-up. The store is interesting to visit because it has such variety. You never know what you will find. They also do estate sales and I am a regular customer at those.

Rude staff. FUSION MALL in Shreveport asked me leave because I didn't have a mask, however they sell them for $1. Strange though, at least one of workers was not wearing one and neither was the other customer I saw inside. They all had them hanging off of one ear. They made sure to tell me they were trying to protect a baby at home- with their mask hanging from one ear? I find this interesting. I wasn't even able to look at anything in the store, so I can't say if their selection is good. It is truly sad to have a negative experience antiquing as it can be magical if the staff are kind.

I love going to Debra’s auctions. She is honest and up front about items up for bid. I always have a good time there and enjoy the unique items she is able to find for the auctions.

We recently stopped at Fusion Mall's new location on Shreveport Barksdale...Wish we hadn't. Sales person was so rude! There were 3 ladies helping out a family check out. My husband had been waiting forever for someone to show him something in the glass case. I asked one of the 3 sales ladies if she worked there because I did not want to offend her by asking for assistance if she didn't. She answered me that all 3 of them worked there. I then asked her if she could help us. She turned around and told the other sales lady to help me because she did not "know what that woman wanted". I was standing right there. So the other sales lady was nice and showed my husband the item he was interested in. He asked to buy it, but lo and behold, they could not sell it because it had not been inventoried yet. And when my husband said he would wait if someone would price it, the owner answered very rudely that she couldn't do that, right in front of us!!! RUDE and DEFINITELY NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will not be spending our $$$$$ there.

9/15/18. This may be the modern day way of handling things and doing business, and I am in full endorsement of it. Take large, empty commercial spaces, once occupied by large failed franchises (ex.-video stores and such) long-vacant, and re-purpose them as a place to purchase other people's stuff. Vintage and antique items. Items already in existence. Not new. Seems this would solve many issues. Useless dormant space, now active, alive, and hopefully thriving. No need to bring in outside product and charge a premium, and add to the mountain of mass in the future (also seems this would lower emissions in transporting goods, as these products are locally sourced from the neighboring population.). This stuff is already here. It's in your garage. Closet. Shed. Junk drawer. Your grandmother's attic. Just bring it in. This store is a junker's paradise. It really is. It's a bold statement, but they have EVERYTHING here. EVERYTHING. And for a second-third-fourth-fifth hand store, it is the cleanest, nicest, most not-stinkiest, most well-organized store of this type that I have ever been into. Everything is in order. In sections. As you walk around this huge interior, you'll begin to recognize that this store has rhyme, and reason. It has a pattern. It's a contradiction, in that it's hoarder-riffic, and yet O.C.D. like a mother!! You'll see!! I could've spent hours in here. And you'll need hours just to make your way around and attempt to catch every little detail of this store's wares. And it'll change, and update its' items from time to time, so you'll have to come back again! I enjoyed my time in this store. They employees are super friendly, helpful, while not being over your shoulder at every corner. They also had good music playing overhead while I was here browsing (The Police, Prince, etc.) I will be back. Things are well-priced, and many items are in abundance. I love this store, and I love what they've done with the place. Nearby businesses are El Jimador Mexican Restaurant, Veteran's Bingo Hall, Bao Bao Food Market. Across the highway, are Piccadilly Cafeteria, Diva's Nail Salon, Wingstop, Super 1 Grocery-Pharmacy-Liquor Store, and Gas Station, and Family Dollar. Just over the Shreveport-Barksdale Bridge from Barksdale AFB. Come check this place out! It's awesome, y'all!!
