I ordered online and was immediately called from a personal phone number from someone who did not state who they were, telling me they didn’t have what I ordered and that I needed to cancel my order online. She gave me no other solution. You cannot cancel your order on the app so I spoke with the district manager for the area and explained my experience. He said he would refund my money and replace my rewards. I followed up 4 days later in regards to my refund, and he was very short and stated if I haven’t gotten my refund it’s my banks fault. ITS BEEN A MONTH. And I haven’t gotten my refund or my rewards back that I used towards this order. Won’t go back unless they fix the management issue in this area.

I forgot how pricey AA's can be. The pretzel dog bites are good (a lil greasy though) and the service was a little distant, but perfectly present.

I do not recommend this place at all. The workers take way too long to take my orders. I felt targeted when everyone was just staring at me. It was not a welcoming experience at all. There was not much room and it was really cold inside. The last time I went there, I was very disgusted to find a roach that was alive on the counter. The next day, my dad contacted a health inspector and the next day the health inspector took care of the problem.
