I love this best buy. I bought some computer parts that did not fit my existing setup and they handled my return very quickly with minimal effort. I love the employees in best buy, they're always very nice to me and courteous. They're very attentive and ask if you need help, which I appreciate.

I came in at about 5:30 on 1/13 for an IPad screen protector. The one I saw online was out of stock. I wanted to double check something on the one y’all did have in stock. I went to the back right checkout counter where 6 associates were standing scrolling on their phones. I stood there for a couple minutes and not a single person acknowledged my presence. I just found it really disrespectful. The store greeter was really nice and helpful in directing me on where I needed to go.

My daughter purchased a new iPad and Aaron was so nice and offered her protection plans and discounted membership to protect her device.. Which was a great investment from my opinion and they have credit cards that's allows you to pay overtime with a discount on your purchase!!

Customer service was great. I was looking for a usb port C car charger and the guy at the front door, gave exact location of where the item was and whatcha know, it was just a few steps away right at the door and cash register. This made my visit quick and easy.

My wife and I went to BB in Shreveport, La. to get help with installation of luggage tags onto our cell phones. There we met a young man named Nick at the service center to assist us, he was a joy to talk with and understood our problem. He was very friendly, thorough, and completely solved our problem.
