So, first of all it's weird but my dog used to go to another vet that has now closed. But I carry my dog in a book bag sometimes, and when she would go into the other vet she would just start shaking. It was weird, I thought it was just vets but when I bought her here the first time she was her normal self barking at the bigger dog that was in the waiting room. I'm not sure what she was smelling at the other place. So I like this vet because you don't have to make a appointment. They have like two set times you can go like three hours in the morning and another three after lunch. That's actually great because most times with the exception of shots and nails when you want to go to the vet you want to go right than its usually a emergency to you. The prices are reasonable commiserate with any other vet I have been too. And although they don't have appointments on the busiest time I went I only had to wait about 20 minutes. It's clean it doesn't smell and the vet is very knowledgeable. She suggested I give my dog a medicine and at first I was like Chile please! But it actually was the good thing lol.

Do not use this place as they do not care about animals. Advised me they would neuter a stray I caught just bring him in and once I did, they told me they were too busy and would not hold him until the next day even at my expense. They think I can let him go and recapture. Clearly do not care about fixing animals and easing overpopulation even when I’m paying. We do not need vet clinics in town that do not help with overpopulation problems. Headed to Town South where they understand the situation and will hold for surgery tomorrow.

Took my maltipoo to Broadmoor Anima Hospital yesterday as I have all of his 12 years of life. I was so impressed with
Liz that who took excellent and professional care of my 12 year old dog! She treated him like one of her own pets! We have been clients of this clinic for decades and highly recommend the care given there! They are kind, helpful and efficient! Thank you especially to Liz!
You are awesome.

We have 8 dogs. Dr Wade is an excellent doctor. I have no interest in going anywhere else. She and all of her staff make you welcome and comfortable!

Dr. Wade and her staff are the best. Always helpful and listens to what you have concerns about with your pet.

Compassionate and professional, what more can you ask for?! Dr Wade & the techs were fantastic. Even made special concessions for my fearful dog (who was being more than a little difficult ?), which I appreciate SO much. I called in the morning about a semi-urgent issue, they got me an appointment for an hour later, and performed surgery on my pup, same day. From phone call to discharge was 6 hours. Team was kind, patient, and efficient. Definitely will call them first in the future.

My mom took her dog in for a bath and grooming and to inquire why her dog was not eating. This vet did a load of injections and vaccinations and related tests WITHOUT her consent. No advance phone call. When she picked up the dog there was nobody available to explain why they did all of the injections / tests without calling her first.
ASK FOR CALLS FROM THE VET BEFORE THEY DO UN-AUTHORIZED work on your pet. I do not like this place and advised my mom to go somewhere else. IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN DEMAND A CLEAR EXPLANATION FROM THE VET ABOUT WHAT WILL BE DONE BEFOREHAND.
YOU CAN USUALLY TELL WHEN A VET CARES ABOUT HIS CUTOMERS AND THEIR PETS. THIS ONE DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER REVIEWS OR COMPLAINTS. THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT WHO THEY ARE. . .

Kind and knowledgeable staff. I take my two kitties here. Vets truly care about the well-being of your animal and are not trying to scam. A bit pricy but worth it.

Very poor service for handicap people. They terrified my small service animal dog. I would only go back if they were the last vet on earth.

This vet clinic used to be so good. The receptionists are frequently rude (Becky?) and the techs fail to update clients on pricing changes/inconsistencies.
