Once I found the front desk, I grabbed a number like the sign said but there was no one to greet people, I stood and waited cause I wanted to make sure they hadn’t skipped over my name in the system because I was about 15 min late, I eventually heard a voice from somewhere say “pick a number and have a seat” very rude service

Mrs. Constance was very helpful and thorough with the permitting process. She returned all phone calls and emails in a relevant and timely manner. Zach was punctual and polite during the inspection!

This is the WORST health department I have EVER been to! Nobody would call in my prescription after my appointment. I kept calling but nobody called me or the pharmacy.

Staff member was very rude. Upon entering building was greeted by receptionist she seem nice and informative. The staff member(older African American woman) whom name I did not receive because she never greeted me introduce herself or inform me about wic education she handed me my paperwork and rudely told me to read it myself but used other words. Never explain benefits which was unprofessional being this is my first child so first time on wic. Do not recommend.

Call to tell them didn't get my results sent to my phone and was told I'll have to come in personal to get my results, sad I can't keep things confidential without people being in my business. And plus they answer the phone when ever they want. Smh

They don't answer their phones, always closed, and when they schedule you an appointment they are closed. They are a terrible place. Will never go back.

I have been calling everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, with no answer and no call back when I leave a voicemail every time. I went up there and was told I had to make an appointment over the phone.. But no one ever answers the phone.

The lady at the front desk on the first floor (I didn’t get her name) but she was brown skinned and super helpful. She was patient with me when it came to my insurance and shot records. I was a walk in so the wait was pretty long but the nurses were moving fast. I did receive my shot record that included the shots I was missing and was told I could go to any CVS or Walgreens for shots and I went to the Walgreens on Pines Road and they were unable to assist me with the shots. Maybe a list of acceptable locations would really help out.Edit: Most likely you won’t get them to answer the phone so I usually just walk in.
