They close the bank in my neighborhood. Now I have to travel the distance just to do banking business. I noticed several locations in the white neighborhood. It's like a banking desert in my neighborhood now. I'm thinking about changing Banks to Capital One. They are still open in my neighborhood LOL.

Poor customer service when I called the 1800 number. I'm closing my account and going to a bank that speaks to their customers with respect.
