It is a different chase bank, always tell you they cannot do anything, they don’t have anything. I need to do everything by myself, go to other banks to try my luck. Not even willing to call other bank.

Came in to inquire about a transaction on my checking account. Dee was very nice, helpful and gave great customer service. She also kept her composure. There was another teller there who greets everyone as they come in, I didn’t get her name but I appreciate her as well. Thank you.

If you want to run into your bank and get something done they cant help you. Everything has to be off appointment unless your doing simple deposit or withdrawal(which you can do at the atm). Customer service has been a thing of the past since covid started.
