The employees are very nice. We switched to this location because our bank kept closing due to COVID. We thought this would be a better bank but their service is very slow, even for business accounts. There is usually a 30 minute weight in the business drive thru lane and that is with two vehicles in line. We may be switching to a different bank if their service remains slow.

I understand it gets busy but the drive through experience is not great. Be prepared to get stuck in the business line for upwards of 30+ minutes. Best to go in or go to another location.

The bank is easy enough to find on the road. The office worker that we were paired with seemed less than respectful, getting a straight answer out of her seemed to require asking the same question multiple times.

Majority of customer service is horrible! SEVERAL times when myself or one of the other managers from my job come to make our deposit we ARE NOT GIVEN OUR CHANGE BACK, which in turn makes the drawer short at the job. When it's clearly written on the deposit slip how much is supposed to be deposited. We have started double checking the bag before pulling off to double check or ask for the change. But commen sense .
