Bad experience with expediting type manager on July 28 in that a later customer was served before me.
Choose another branch if all possible.
Other staff did not correct the above occurring.
Other branches will serve you better. .

I’ve had an account with Chase since the mid 80s. Until today all of my experiences at this branch have been very good. Today I tried to deposit cash into my account. It was sorted and in order. The teller refused to take it because I hadn’t counted it. She didn’t offer to run it through the automated counter. She also told me that she wouldn’t take change if it was not rolled and she said that she didn’t have room for the change I had that was rolled. I then pulled all my money back and told her I would find a branch that was interested in my business.

Only giving two stars at this time, the reason being that I personally went to the branch to open the account and provide two pieces of identification. Not even a full week into having my new account, received a text message stating summarily that my account was restricted due a need for more information and was going to be shut down soon AGAIN. My previous account had been shut down due to “not being able to provide the identification needed in timely manner”. I work until 6 and the bank closes at 5. Starting to become disillusioned with the accounts with all the inability to get things straightened out. On top of all that, the money in the account is inaccessible until all this gets fixed. Why couldn’t there just be a Bank of America branch in Shreveport, all this could have been avoided.

Please look for chase bank rip-off keep all your receipts it Fri 13 2021 in the month of August I check my account and it was 6.66 and I didn't likeday and number so of use it off the so it could go away and the item was below 6.00 do u know chase chase me a overdraft fee I'm so glachase bank is atipoffd that chase bank is not my primary bank I put all my money in
