About Christian Services
In 1970, Sister Margaret McCaffrey founded Christian Service Hospitality House to serve those in need. Sister never turned anyone away; she fed the hungry with love, respect and dignity. The core mission of feeding the hungry has not changed, but the way to carry out the mission is changing. There is a need to address greater and greater numbers of people who are not only hungry, but homeless or on the brink of homeless. Christian Service is moving to meet that need.

My second time volunteering here. The staff really has a heart for helping the community. They told me they serve an average of 150 breakfast and 200 lunches per day to people that in most cases would go otherwise hungry. Reach out to them to see how you can help.

I thank god for the hope connection. Our son is 30 and we think sonething is a little off. So at times he leaves and goes to the hope center.At least i know he eats, a place to put his tent up without going to jail. Its a blessing to me.
