So elegant even when casual. The employees have ALWAYS been the best, at every Buckle I’ve been too. They actually care and make it easy. “So I went to this store for the first time today. I am a working mom and sometimes I forget things. I was shopping for my children and set some items to the side to grab some shoes. And I got home thinking I had purchased the items I sat down but I did not. I called the store immediately to see if I had left any items. I spoke with a man very very sweet and patient the entire time. Checked the cameras and went through every scan with me! He was so so very sweet after calling and speaking with him I quickly remembered I had set the items down! But I had an amazing experience in the store and speaking with the gentleman that helped me!”

“The Pretenses boutique has been in business for many years. When I first visited the boutique I immediately recognized the talented, experienced, merchandising. The options that were available are of a nicer quality clothing that I like. I have shopped at Pretenses Boutique on numerous occasions and found quality pieces of clothing that are to me exclusive. I have also purchased some of the scented lotions and creams from the in store bodycare line that felt like luxury to me. I would definitely recommend this place and will shop there again.”

“Stocked location with lots of items all throughout the store. The lady's found plenty of clothes options and I was able to pick up some action figures for a reasonable price. All in all, a wonderful experience. The bathroom being behind a locked door was almost problematic but crisis overated lol”

“Have shopped here since it opened. But I notice over the years there are less and less curvy cut pants and jeans. And less and less sizes above a 10. I now order all my pants and jeans online. I would much rather shop in store to support it. It would be great if they would increase offering of curvy and sizes above 10. This is Louisiana. We like to eat!”
“They have alot to choose from, clothes, shoes, and accessories. The clothes are nice and the prices are reasonable, however, I feel if your older and more conservative with your style, this isn't the place for you because the majority of the clothes there are more on the youthful, hipster style with a couple of mature fitted outfits here and there.”
