I rented from them when I first moved from Monroe I paid insurance on my storage unit and some broke into my storage room and I couldn't get insurance claim processed to reclaim my possessions that were I strongly advise you not to go here

Worst storage experience everrre. Most of my belongings and my sons were stolen. Please DO NOT rent here. They are taking peoples money in good faith and are not keeping up with the property standards!! Management is never onsite. I am yet to be refunded for my belongings. Homeless also lives onsite and has ransacked the facility.

Top Storage lies about everything they say that the insurance works and it does not. I think it’s a fraudulent insurance company people break into the storage areas the storage areas leak and have mold in them the access gate. The gate is broken and people come still from the units and Top Storage does absolutely nothing about it. The only thing Top Storage is good for is collect, the monthly rent for the Storage and lying about everything!

BE WARE DONT STORE HERE: This the only star this place gets since my storage was safe for 6 months of the 9 months I stored my things here. I made payments to the top Storage for the unit 160 as well a rental property insurance *showen in the photo). This place has not given me any funds to replace items that got molded on April 29th 2024. They say contact SafeLease with claims but still that company don't reply or return calls. Currently this hot summer June 28th 2024 someone broke into the unit 160 and trashed all my and my children stuff into other units next to the 160. I'm glad someone got arrested on that day. However would be even more glad if funds are issued to me for replacements of our items. This place appeared safe to a while but once April got here that's when I experienced damage to my family antique and even new items. This city in that area is surrounded with homelessness and people looking to get rich off stolen items. The guy arrested had one of my old DLs in his wallet. So sad that I can not receive the funds that I need to replace our things. IF FUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED OUT TO ME FOR MY PROPERTY BY SAFELEASE TOP STORAGE YIU SHOULD ISSUE THE FUNDS TO ME SINCE IM STILL RECEIVED TEXT ABOUT ME PAYING YOUR COMPANY AFTER ALL THIS HAPPENED TO ME. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE IRREPLACEABLE ITEMS AND CHILDREN'S BACK PACKS, MY GYM BAGS AND OLD CARDS, OLD KEYS AND WALLETS WERE STOLEN.

Alex extended my lease thru a payment plan. This gives opportunity to preserve my possessions in storage at Top Storage. She was very caring about my experience with them. I have a good ongoing rapport with Alex concerning my storage with Top Storage.
