I've had to physically drive here multiple times for simple questions because they simply do not answer the phone. Go elsewhere

Don’t bother transferring Rx here unless you NEVER need to call them. 20 minutes to answer a call is utterly unacceptable. I actually got dressed and went to the pharmacy, and stood in line, all while on hold. They answered when I was the next person in line.Prior to answering I watched them pick up the phone and put it on hold again without ever speaking. When they finally answered she told me they were “doing the best they could”. 20 minutes is absurd. And it’s happened multiple times. My Dr warned me against CVS and now I see why. Goodbye CVS, Kroger here I come.

Overcharged for a Rx. Paid $60.00 for a Rx I usually pay less than $5. I tried to call and cancel Rx so I could get it filled elsewhere ,waited more than 20 minutes never got through to anyone in the Pharmacy. I have 2 different discount cards and insurance. I just had knee surgery and am still bed ridden so I can't just zip down there. Never again! Not even for gum.

They get one star, because I have to select one. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. I’ve had a couple run ins over the past that I’ve ignored because I only visit here very infrequently. I arrived with my 7 year old son just to find some lady at the window yelling and getting an attitude with a customer, even though myself, my son, and 4 other customers were present. Then she proceeds to cuss while talking to her coworkers saying “we don’t have time for this bs.” Which all except the red head man laughed and continued on with the unprofessionalism. Once I walked up and requested my medication, they told me it was not available, although when I called it said it would be available at a certain time, I arrived 2 hours after that time. Come to find out it wasn’t even in store, they had to order it, which is fine, but the automated service stated that it would be ready. The lady at the register told me not to listen to the automated service and to speak to one of them. Then when I ask if they will call me when it’s available, she says that the automated service would text me. So which is it, right? Either way, I could deal with that happening, not a big deal. However, the yelling at customers, cussing, in front of other customers and my child was completely unacceptable. Once I get my one time prescription tomorrow, since they’ve already ordered it, I will not return ever again.

Tried to call to schedule a Covid test. Got an automated system which couldn't understand me and then after several minutes told me I had to use the website to schedule the test.

Called in my photo order around 6:00. I got a notification saying it was ready at 7:15. When I went to go pick it up, Ms Natasha informed me that it actually was not ready yet due to machine issues. She was super polite about it and I understood completely! Around the same time I showed up a bunch of customers walked in and Ms Natasha and Ms Amy both handled the situation amazingly. A lot of troubles were happening with photos and check out lanes and it took over and hour of waiting before everything worked finally. Although in that hour- both workers kept smiles on their faces and kept conversation with me and other customers. IT WAS WORTH IT! My photos look perfect and the customer service was fantastic! Understand life happens and things get hard sometimes, but patience is everything.

My insurance switched & I have to buy from them Out of meds I needed & refused to call other stores or look on their computers three different "associates" very rude, one in nasty tone told me not get so close. Put cash in wrong spot, etc. Made deal w/fed gov't to give low prices to us if we couldn't shop elsewhere. Worse customer service to captured customers. Refuse to buy anything but meds they are horrible, bad as Lowe's.

The pharmacy refuses to ring up my items every time I go here. Even though I am purchasing vitamins and other OTC medications. They usually just ignore the items I put on the counter. The last time I went I asked them to please ring them up with my prescriptions and had told they weren't allowed to because they have no bags. Really?

Showed up 10 minutes before an appointment because the line is usually really long. Was told to pull around and wait 10 minutes. Total lack of common sense and politeness from the drive thru tech. No one was behind me. Then when I pulled around at my exact appointment time I had to wait for several cars in front of me. So I can't be 10 minutes early but I can be way more than 10 minutes late because others in front of me were apparently late?

They never answer the phone. I can’t refill my Rx online because it says I must call the pharmacy to refill this particular one. So I can’t refill if they don’t answer. After 30 minutes, I finally hung up! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am typing this review as I have been on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes (and counting). They will not pick up the phone, but if you take the time to drive there and talk face-to-face, they may just tell you they cannot fill your prescription for 2 days anyway. Really a terrible system without any organization or accountability.

Will be filing formal complaint with corporate office asap. One of the rudist pharmacy techs I have ever encountered! She would not listen to me, in fact, she cut me off and said to let her talk then I could. None of my prescriptions called in by the doctor, the day before, were ready! She said I didn't ask them to be filled so would be ready the next day ! What the heck!? When I was finally allowed to speak, I informed her I would need all the prescriptions called in by the doctor tonight.

The man that was giving the shots was taking his sweet time stood in the line for about 3 hours and that’s completely irrelevant he needs to be fired immediately . His edge line is crooked but I don’t know his name
