The guys here are always so helpful and friendly. I drive about 1.5 hours to come to this location. They always take care of me well. It is best to make sure you have an appointment if possible. Great location!!!

The guys here are AMAZING! They're always so helpful and informative. This is a very busy store, but everyone works efficiently and quickly to get your service done. They have been kind and courteous each time I have been here, and I always recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family! If I could afford it, I would buy these hardworking guys lunch as a thank you for plugging my tire this week. The service I received was greatly appreciated!

We’ve used the Discount Tires on Bert Kouns for years and recently have had to visit 3-4 times due to a nail in the tire, replacing a spare, or buying bad tires (not from them). Every time the service has been amazing. We receive live updates on our car’s status or timely calls in regards to additional services if needed. We always receive great customer service whether at the front desk or over the phone. Always appreciated!

I purchased new tires and set an appointment online. Unfortunately, they didn't fit my vehicle, even though I used the filter online that was supposed to narrow down the options to only ones that would fit. The tech searched for the same tires for the correct size locally, and went to pick them up himself! I was a little embarrassed, but they were all very polite and kind, and I was very happy with the work they did. Will absolutely return!

Great people! Always pleasant. Great prices. They have patched tires and replaced stems on our SxS a few times and never charged us for it. They helped my wife to pick out some custom wheels and tire package that gave her ride the look she wanted.

Terrible Customer service. Marcus pushed upselling me after I told him no at least 3 times I was in a hurry...Had to wait 3 hours for a tire to be changed, and they LOST MY KEYS! Do not go here unless you have an entire day to waste.

Discount Tire is a really nice store. They are generally swift & helpful. I’m not going to say they have the absolute lowest prices in town but they are conveniently located and can generally get you fixed up pretty fast.

Good place. It is bear a lot of other businesses in a busy part of town where you can eat while waiting on your vehicle.
