“I left a bag of things I had just bought, and asked the teller if I could leave it near her while I looked for my friend. There was a ordeal as he checked out and I was so mad, I forgot my bag. I've been calling and left messages and I haven't received a call yet. I'm very disappointed in them. They are usually on top of everything.”
“I like these dollar tree stores . They used to sell almost all of their products for $1 unless marked otherwise . A while back , maybe a couple of years , the prices went up to $1.25 , which is reasonable . I go to the store pretty regularly to purchase items that cost enough to make the trip worthwhile . The energy drinks that they sell (for $1.25)are a great deal . Walmart sells the monster drinks for $20/12 pak . Twelve of the same drinks at dollar tree are $15 and you can pick out the flavors and brands that you prefer . With the monster drinks at Walmart you get a twelve pack and don't get to choose the flavors .
All the items are like that . I like it that way and plan to continue going to dollar tree for the energy drinks .”

Nice place to shop for inexpensive items . I bought some energy drinks , which I got for a better price than Walmart . Here a dozen energy drinks are $15 ; at Walmart they are $20 .
(Maybe I should have kept my secret . People who have been buying the drinks at Walmart may start getting them here . That could cause a shortage when I go to buy them at the dollar tree . I was purchasing mine at Walmart before I noticed the price difference )”
“Everybody in this store works there tail off to make sure it's clean and stocked! Everyone is very helpful and polite. You would never know that they only have 4 employees at the moment. Great store.”

“This is not an extreme accurate rating, being we all just got over this winter freeze. However, based on just today, they had what i needed and were in the process of stocking. The cashier didn't ring all of my stuff up and I had to pay more taxes. She assumed the stuff next to my stuff belonged to the person behind me. But not a bad day.”

“This is my favorite Family Dollar in the whole world. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they don't mind helping you even when they're busy trying to put stock away. The cashiers are so fast, the line might be long but you won't have to stand there very long. They don't ever seem to make mistakes either.
They have a pretty good selection of stuff for a Family Dollar. Great prices too.”

“This is a great store in an even greater area and I can see the potential in the area and the space but management needs to be trained and or replaced. I see this Everytime I come here.This store is a danger zone and a lawsuit waiting to happen. If I was the dm I'd take a week and clean this store up, rezone it, and train management on people's skills and knowledge of the company and what's required of him. I'm a experienced store manager that has worked at stores that does 20x the business of this store and kept them up to and beyond spec. And this store is way below spec. Everything is everywhere. And management is not attempting to do anything. This just didn't happen, closing at nite the store is to be zoned and opening. So no one is working ? Just contact me I will fix it if you need the help.”

“This has to be the BEST Dollar Tree in Shreveport! The ones in Bossier and on N Market are a mess! They are nasty and unorganized! But this one is clean, organized, and there are NOT boxes everywhere waiting to be unloaded! The employees are nice and helpful and actually speak to you. I am thoroughly impressed!”
