Confirmed reservations the day before only to be told the day of they don't have vehicles. As we waited 6 people called and came in only to be told they didn't have a car either

I've tried for 3 days to get a car while my truck is at dealership getting a transmission done. Dealership set up a reservation, i get there and no car available, 2 nd day no car available, third day ready at 3 pm ,get there and now they won't more money , yall I've been screwed 4 dam times at enterprise, never again .

Horrible customer service, charged me for 7 days after I turned in my vehicle. I have called multiple times to have it refunded and they will literally put you on hold for an hour without even a greeting when you call and never pick back up. Do not rent from them. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life.

Friendly has nice vehicles. Always give me a nice ride & let me choose what I want to drive if they have enough vehicles! Grateful for that. I’ve gotten to drive Audi SUV, last time I had a Jeep SUV, they offered me a Camry if I wanted to drive it. Usually car rental places just hand you keys to whatever and that’s the end of it! Although I adore my Cadillac ATS turbo, it’s been in the shop A LOT lately. Cadillac is often short on courtesy cars so my warranty company pays for rental car when my car goes for repairs. I’ve been using Enterprise exclusively-I’ve rented at least 6 cars there in the last yr. And they are happy to drive me to dealership & even picked up their rental from the dealership since I couldn’t drive two cars. In my head.. I heard …”Enterprise, we’ll pick you up!!!”….well that jingle worked! I’m a small business owner-very busy…it’s so helpful to know I don’t have to inconvenience any friends to meet me at car rental place & take me to get my car. That alone makes a huge difference. I like Enterprise much better than the others

Troy and his staff were very professional and worked quickly to get everyone into a rental the morning I was there. Everyone was very friendly and courteous during my time there as well. Enterprise is now my place for car rentals.

Would like to highly commend the service I received from the Enterprise rental car Team in southeast Shreveport LA. I unexpectedly had to put my personal vehicle in the shop for transmission repairs just prior to a planned Christmas trip to see family in adjacent state. I received excellent rental agreement service from Avery Shunatona. I would like to thank her and the other team members who assisted me with rental vehicle return; and the cordial Team member who gave me a ride to my personal vehicle at the repair shop approx 2 miles from the Enterprise locale.Thank you very much for the excellent service.RS

I rented my car on Quimper place in Shreveport La and Troy and his crew were awesome. They made sure I had everything I needed to make experience a great one They even contacted me during my trip to make sure I was ok. If you want a great experience please go to Troy and his crew and you to will have a great experience. Everything was explained to me in detail and they’re so professional and take their job to heart. I will definitely be using them again, no doubts for me.
