Made an appointment and dropped my car off at 2 pm for an oil change before I went out of town. Came back right before closing time and they haven’t even touched my car. The worst service I’ve ever received anywhere do not come here

Good work as well as aligning, balancing & rotating tires. Wait is way too long. I had an appointment for 10am. I arrived about 9:50am. They finished my car at 1:45pm. I sat there the entire time. You would expect with appointment it would be priority. I noticed people that were drop ins for tail light & other such things were placed ahead of scheduled services. Just saying.

Slow service , staff would not update me on work progress! We had to ask how much longer.
Should be more courteous of customer’s time !

i made an appointment for 11am to get oil changed. an hour later they said “no more than 15min” and mother hour later “we ran out of oil someone is bringing more no more than 15 min” seems like that should have been addressed when appointment was made and i should have been addressed that it’s not going to be “no more than 15 min” but 3 hours for a oil change. but when my husband called asking the same exact questions he got explained things differently.

Sat in the store for 3 hours for Eddy to tell me that they’re not going to be able to get to my truck today. This is after i watched a few people walk in after me and get their cars serviced or whatever then leave! I don’t think I’ll use this Firestone again.

Made appt for new tires & oil change a day ahead of time after completing all data on website for new tires appropriate for my vehicle. It said "38 in stock". Got there, oil changed (I hope). THREE HOURS LATER, they tell me they can't find ANY tires of the cost and brand I saw on website (remember?? "38 in stock"?). But the ONLY ones they had which "fit" my car were more than $250 MORE than the ones advertised. It FEELS like "bait & switch". Nothing I could do. Had to pay up! Took a total of FOUR HOURS in uncomfortable waiting area with 5 chairs (ALL of which were occupied by others when I got there). So I had to STAND with my chronic pain, arthritis and extremely painful lower back. NEVER AGAIN., FIRESTONE! NEVER AGAIN. I advise others to RUN. Don't even CONSIDER Firestone auto care. There must be plenty of other places for tires and auto care.

Horrible customer service that continues to decline over the last 24 years that my family and I have been customers at the Bert Kouns location. I've had 2 issues with Firestone this year alone costing me much time and several thousand dollars. The shocking customer service decline is at the level of downright petty, immature and disrespectful comments from front desk staff, most recently Jarrod, when trying to explain past and current car issues as well as Firestone service issues, and the refusal to correct both the information I provided him about the current car issue and the misspelling of my name on the quote printed and in the Firestone system. Firestone's front desk staff attitude is unfortunate, and a reflection of a much bigger problem.
The low level of service is downright negligent and I will be contacting the state attorney general for having been conned out of $2000 plus dollars unnecessarily earlier this year (by this same store).
As for the repair that took place earlier this year, I had called in previously for a fresh injection of freon for the AC. Note that is alone RESOLVED the issue I called in for! However, a short while later the DIAL for the AC stopped working, specifically the first 2 levels. This dial controls how strongly the cooled air blows in the car. I left for a work trip overseas and asked my mother to drop off the car. Because Firestone did not appropriately and correctly listen to my concerns, they replaced the air compressor while I was away and had my elderly mother approve and PAY for the $2000 plus dollars repair for MY car registered to MY name without MY knowledge!!! CRIMINAL! I was in the UK and I can prove it! When I came home I noticed the dial issue was NOT repaired! When I call to find out what happened, Bert Kouns Firestone asked me to drop off the car and they called me back to tell me the dial repair was a small repair for an electrical wire that was damaged that would run me about $300. So I have been effectively ROBBED. My poor elderly mother had approved a repair she believed was necessary to correct the issue; however, my car dial remains unrepaired. Do NOT trust this store!
Bert Kouns store's horrible customer service continues to decline over the last 24 years that my family and I have been customers.

DISRESPECTFUL. They wasted my time. Initially was told that no longer than one hour wait. After 90 min, no more than half hour more. AFTER TWO AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING THEIR TECHNICIAN WENT HOME AND NOTHING DONED TO EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR. DON'T COME HERE !

2 1/2 hours in here at Firestone getting an oil change I ask the manager if something is wrong? He says they are working on it . I ask if he’s about done? He says you want me to back it out? I ask is it done? He says if it was done he would have backed it out! Freaking Rude and would not recommend this shop to anyone 😡😡😡

Good work - The waiting was the only problem, but nobody can foresee issues with cars in front of you. The pricing seemed good and staff was friendly. It seems like many places have a mechanic shortage causing some delays these days. I will go back.

Should have checked the reviews. I dropped my car off on Sunday, being told it would be looked at Monday. It wasn't looked at until Wednesday. Repair was quick, but I guess when you're making money you want to get cars in and out. Do not go to this shop if you're in a hurry.

This was my first and last time using Firestone. I dropped my car off for an AC check before work around 7:30am, the car was up there until I got off at 5pm and still had not been checked. I was given an appointment time, but I guess that didn’t matter.🤷🏽♀️

This place is slow. Had appointment to have two tires replaced with an oil change and it took 3 1/2 hours.
