DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HEREThe short, heavy set brunette with glasses need to be fired immediately. I just got THE WORST hair cut I have ever seen. She has no idea how to use the clippers or the scissors. I have red patches all over my head from how hard she was shoving the clippers into my skin. She was pushing so hard that she had my chin pinned against my chest. Then, she almost gave me whiplash while trying to use the scissors because she was pulling the scissor through my hair instead of clipping…the worst hair stylist ever.I asked for a medium fade with 1 inch trimmed off the top…I walked out with basically a mohawk…she faded so far up the side that she went a quarter of the way across the top of my head on both sides….then proceeded to give me a buzz cut on the top when she was only supposed to take an inch off..I go to the same stylist everytime I’m there because even she realized how bad they had been cutting my hair and she finally got it looking decent..she wasn’t there today, so I had to go with somebody else..I guess that’s what I get.

The lady was rude, (big blonde lady) she refused to put a walk in customer on the list at 5pm because of the wait time but continued to be slow and chat when no one was really interested in what she was saying. she did an awful job on my sons haircut missed spots not blended well I had to go and fix it. I tipped her well but will not be going back.

0.00 Stars Never go to the Ellerbe Great Clips. Talked with Manager Garcia. my haircut after them trying 2 times for A frame. look at my Google pictures. I would love a hair stylist to chime in on my hair. my husband and I had to correct their mistakes. also had should length hair going in now less than an inch. Thought 3.00 tip trying yo get 30.00 tip. Wie will dispute.

I asked for a low fade, and apparently she doesn't know what that is... Fine, whatever I guess I should've told her to go from the occipital bone down with the fade... She asked if I wanted her to cut the top of my hair, I replied "No, the top is fine." AS I'M SAYING THIS she starts trimming the top of my hair down, as if she didn't just hear me say no. I won't be back.Service: Haircut
