“I enjoyed working out at the YMCA in the Shreveport Bossier area. All the trainers were great. I used your facility to participate in half marathons and 5k’s through sports spectrum. I even utilized your services to run the Rock N Roll Run series in Nashville Tennessee. All that benefits st Jude children’s hospital. I have participated in your spin classes and even took the onboarding class for cross fit at the lash family ymca location when it opened. I recently had to cancel due to relocation and getting a new job. I originally was at Rad Tech at ochsner lsu health Shreveport but have now accepted a job at Willis knighton health system. I enjoy being a part of the Shreveport and bossier community. The facility was always clean and well maintained. The staff was great and used excellent customer service. I even worked out on my birthday and they the time to acknowledge me. I would definitely recommend the YMCA for anybody’s fitness needs. Keep up the great work.”
“Good choice of machines and free weights. Clean, comfortable facility. Structured planned group workouts in the weekday evenings, for those that need more structure. Short Bible study (devotional) before the group workout.”

“Did the adult workout. Came on a full body day, and it was great. People are nice, and the workout was very challenging. Did a warm up, then a circuit of strength-endurance exercises. Battle rope, tire flips, dumbells, bike, rope and run. Then 15 minutes of weights. Will be back.”
“This is a great gym with lots of equipment. The locker rooms and shorts are clean. The cable machines are a little old but they're maintained well. They have a pool and offer various exercise classes throughout the day. They have four locations! My preference is bossier for the equipment but pierremont for the location!”
“My daughter started tumbling in April. She had previous experience with ballet and tumbling elsewhere. She learned so quickly she was able to try out for cheer and made the novice team for her age group. The coaches are beyond patient with the kids. Awesome place to send your child for cheer and tumbling.”

“I had such a great experience with Ekko, the manager at Anytime Fitness! He was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the very beginning. His high energy and positive attitude really stood out to me, and honestly, he was a big reason why I chose this gym.
Ekko took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and was helpful in every way. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the members and wants everyone to have a great experience. Customer service like this makes a huge difference!

“I absolutely love this place and often come here to work out, tan, get massages, and use the red light therapy. Lately, it seems like some employees are quite rude and seem unhappy with their jobs, and the equipment, especially the tanning beds, isn't being cleaned regularly by guests or staff. I get that when they are helping customers, they can't always check if a guest has cleaned up after themselves, but they shouldn't send another client into a room that hasn't been checked. When lotion is clearly visible all over the bed, I think that's a problem. Not sure how to attach the photos or I would. Please people clean the equipment before using it because you never know if it’s actually been cleaned.”

“I dropped in while visiting and had such a great experience! The class was well structured with a solid warm-up, a fun strength piece, and a WOD that was challenging but doable. The coach/owner was awesome—super welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. The members were friendly too, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a gym to drop in, this is definitely the one!”
