The furniture looks beautiful and the employees from Hester’s did an awesome job. They put the chairs together at their facility and unpackaged the furniture in their truck to keep from getting the packing material on our floors.Will definitely use them in the future!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Walked in, was greeted and within two minutes made the perfect purchase of an office chair. The supplies they carry are well built, come with warranty and a smile on their faces! 10/10 reccomend

I work for Karate USA and was assigned the task of finding an office chair to replace an older chair. I went to Hesters after looking a few other places. The owner approached me right away and asked how he could help. I told him what we needed and he took me to the chair we bought! Great customer service knowing exactly what we needed after I listed a few style and size requirements. The chair actually had adjustable perks the others at other locations didn't yet it beat others higher prices! I'd recommend Hesters and will return for future office furniture needs! Thank you Mr. Hester!

Such a wonderful experience today! Went in not exactly knowing what I wanted and the staff took all the time I needed to piece together what is going to be a beautiful office! They moved pieces all around and didn’t try to just make a sale. They cared! My go to for office furniture forever!

I was VERY dissatisfied with customer service. I walked around for about 10minutes before ever being asked if I needed help. Once I was asked it seemed that because I didn't want to spend $300 on a chair. There were plenty of other chairs surely that cost less but he didn't want to take the time to show me. I will never return to this store and not recommend it.

I cant believe I pass by this place every single day and have never stopped in! I came by today looking for a desk and they had exactly what I needed at a fraction of what I would've paid at your typical retailer. Denny was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I didn't like the lack of options to route my cords on the desk I got so he installed 2 other options for me. Delivered same day. I'll never buy office furniture anywhere else!

tl;dr: Hester's is great! Highly satisfied with the service and the end product. Got a good deal and free delivery on an office chair that ended up not working out for me ergonomically. I came back to the store and asked if they'd be willing to exchange it, and I ended up agreeing to take one of their display chairs off the floor. It was a bit more expensive than the original one I bought, so I offered to pay the $40 difference. Instead, the owner just asked me for $20 to pay his delivery guy for the extra trip. The new chair gets delivered, and it turns out to be dark brown (I had thought it was black in the dimmer light of the store). Even though I had verbally agreed to take that specific chair, they agreed to order me a brand new one in the color that I wanted. They didn't even charge delivery on the third chair, but I was so grateful I paid the guy anyway. I was probably one of their more difficult customers, but they still went way above and beyond what could reasonably be expected to take care of me. The owner and staff are great, and the product itself is very nice. I'll definitely go back if I need office furniture in the future, and would highly recommend Hester's to anyone!
