As a Hilton Honors Gold member; I was expecting a much better room than what I got.The room:The room had no cold water for both shower and sink.When the water was on the shower made really weird noise.The tub had rust or mold on it.There was hairs around the toilet.There was hairs on the bathroom door.One of the beds smelled like urine.Restaurant:I arrived at 0930 for breakfast.The server told me they close at 1000(I really don’t understand why he was telling me that because I arrived there before 10 AM).I told the server at what I wanted and I specified that I didn’t want my bacon burnt when he brings out my food is burnt the server like paying attention to detail as he failed to bring me syrup and ketchup for my breakfast. I asked for it and he promptly brought it back to me. I finished my meal before 10 AM.Pool DeckThe fire pit doesn’t work.It’s quiet and relaxing the ambience is amazing. Loved it.Gym:I love the gym overlooking the Shreveport area. I love the free waters.Rooms: Housekeeping needs to pay attention to more detail, and acknowledge the fact if there’s mold or rust on certain parts of the bathroom and get those fixedNearby activities: Shopping and dining are very close to the hotelWalkability: There is plenty of things to do around the area if you are going to use your feet to walk there.Food & drinks: I was only there for breakfast. The food was OK. Nothing to write home about. However, the server is definitely need more coaching and development.Noteworthy details: The hotel itself is very nice parking garage is suitable for the area.

Really nice rooms and stay. Didn’t have much experience with the service so I can’t comment much on that. It was really clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was in a nice area. Definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at, overall, 4.5/5

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Shreveport. We transferred from Bally's down the street where we had a horrible experience and had to cut our stay short. The rooms and common areas at the Hilton were clean and attended to with care. The staff obviously cares about guest experience. Rooms were well stocked with amenities and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall a great experience that redeemed our visit to Shreveport.

I have been there 7 years in a row and the staff is great. If there is something wrong, they will take care of it immediately. This year a nice young man, I think his name was Randy, was very helpful and checked continuously to see if our stay was satisfactory.

We stayed in some nice hotels, traveling, but this one was awesome! Suite was beautiful, great view from our 11th floor window, bed slept great and the service was the best! All the staff was so nice and helpful!I highly recommend staying at this hotel! ?Rooms: Excellent and very clean!Nearby activities: Lots of things to do in Shreveport with great eating places. Very close to the river and going over to the casinos in Bossier City.Safety: It was very safe location. There were security and officers around alot.Walkability: It was easy crossing the street to the parking garage. Location is right in town, so it's easy to walk there. I wouldn't walk in any large city after dark.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good at the hotel. We ate out the rest of the time.

About what you expect from a downtown Hilton. The people were super nice but the room didn't get that cold even through we had the temp set lower. Also, the shower kinda fluctuated in temperature a little bit. Overall, these are not big deals. It's a quality stay but I can't give it five star because it wasn't perfect.

Very nice location..in the heart of things..good food.. immaculate...I gave it a 2 because of the hair on the floor ewee ??...on the bathroom..tub.. sink. Makes me aware someone is not fully cleaning as you would expect. The woman that owns the Starbucks in the hotel made this experience a 2. Very unprofessional..charging you as she sees fit...watch your card information. She is not right. Just a heads up.

I recently had a stay at Hilton Shreveport downtown that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share my experience with others. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by an incident that has left a lasting negative impression.As I was getting my items together, I discovered some of my belongings were missing. Shocked and alarmed, I immediately contacted the hotel staff to report the incident. At this time, they are willing to help , but as time goes on, not so much. I have given them enough time to correct the situation. My attempts to reach the hotel management and housekeeping manager have yet to be answered.The theft of personal items from a hotel room is a serious breach of trust and security, and the lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff has aggravated me. In addition to the violation of privacy, the failure of the hotel to address the issue and respond to my inquiries has left me feeling neglected as a guest.It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and accountability in the service industry. I expected a higher standard of customer service, and unfortunately, Hilton Shreveport fell short of those expectations.I urge potential guests to carefully consider their choice of accommodations and prioritize their safety and security. As of my last attempt to contact the hotel, the lack of response suggests disregarding customer concerns, which is unacceptable in the hospitality sector.I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale and that the management of Hilton Shreveport takes immediate steps to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents in the future. My faith in the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction has been severely shaken, and I am left with disappointment and frustration.

This used to be the pinnacle of where to stay in Shreveport. The last couple of times have just been off.I think the biggest problem was the room was warm. Granted the outside temp had dropped below 50dgF, there was no way to cool the room (a/c function disabled). It would only run fan, so it felt humid or sticky, and it was warm.We had 3 people in the room and only 2 towels for the bath. We had to ask twice for more.The desk attendants were pleasant, and the facilities were generally clean.
