Came in to order sandwiches to go, the young women working the counter smiled and told our group that they stopped serving sandwiches to get ready for Thanksgiving. 1:10pm in the afternoon and the store is turning away customers. Poor management to turn away business, won't be back to this poorly run store.

GROSS. I was forced to eat this garbage because I received gift cards to this place. 2 slices of ham,stale tomato slice from yesterday( I can tell these tomatoes were not sliced today).The cookie had an acceptable flavor but damn,it was hard a a rock!The buns were DRY.The sandwich lacks flavor. How do people pay for this nasty food??

Last week we scheduled catering w/ HBH, for a meal we hosted. The quality of the fruit tray, meat & cheese tray, veggie tray, freshly baked cookies, and bread selections were phenomenal.Thank you, HBH

Good lunch option if you’re near. I’ve been going here since 2016. The high schoolers could use better customer service but other than that I’ll keep coming back.

This review is based on picking up a prepaid meal the day before Thanksgiving. I arrived at the Shreveport Honey Baked location a little after 9 am the day before Thanksgiving. The process was super simple and efficient. You can't miss the huge white tent in the parking lot. You had to have prepaid for your meal to pickup your order here. I pulled up, showed the friendly young lady the email I received very early in the morning and she pulled up my order, retrieved it and brought it right to the car! Easy peasy! There were only stragglers at that time of morning but I'm pretty sure it's going to get cray later in the day. Speaking of cray - there was a Sheriff stationed there just in case anyone looses their $hit for some reason.

If you a looking for a sandwich that will change your life they definitely have several to chose from. I mostly recently had them carter lunch for my employees which was great! The reason I am rating a 2 star review is the customer service. The employees (college students and teenagers) are very unprofessional. This is my second experience we’re I received poor customer service. The first time I walked in on Friday April 22 to purchase a sandwich. No one acknowledged me. As I stood at the counter several employees were making sandwiches but didn’t acknowledge me. A simple “Hello, give us just a moment” would have been good. After several minutes I placed my order.The drink machine had no ice so I settled with Hot Tea (yuck)After bragging about The Honey Baked ham sandwich which is AWESOME!!!! On May 31st at 5:30 pm my sister and I decided to swing by and purchase a sandwich right before closing. When I walked in the store the young lady greeted me. I noticed she was wiping down the work station. Everything was already covered and closed up. I told her I wanted 2 honey baked ham sandwiches. She turned around to look over her shoulder as her co worker walked up front from the back of the store. Then she informed me that the oven was shut down for the evening and she would not be able to serve me a hot sandwich. I then left the store. I sat in the parking talking to me sister as I observed both employees lock up the store at 6:00 sharp! This goes to show they shut down early to leave at closing. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Break down and clean up should never affect service. That oven should not close until the store closes. This location is only open from10:30-6 so this does make sense.

First time to order a Holiday Meal was Easter. Oh my gracious! It was perfect. Everyone loved it. Ham was exceptional and barely made it to the table because everyone was picking at it. I am a baker and caterer by trade, but I don’t cook our holiday meals. I cook all year long for all the people and we want easy and relaxing for holidays. The Easter meal was so good, Our Easter guests requested Honey Baked Ham for Thanksgiving! We will see you in November for certain!
