The service at this dealership is horrible. They do not offer loan vehicles and expect you to foot the bill for a rental car. Even after being left without a vehicle for 2 weeks they charged me over $70 for Def fluid instead of trying to be accommodating due to inconveniencing me, the client for a long period of time. I also had to text multiple times for updates and could not get an update unless I asked. For a luxury dealership you are definitely not treated as such. I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle with them, but after this experience I will be going elsewhere. I pay too much to be put out of my vehicle for weeks at a time because the dealership felt the need to sale their loaner vehicles instead of accommodate their clients. When I called to speak to the service manager he basically stated they were doing their best and when I asked for the owners name he gave it to me and then stated good luck they won't give you the time of day. Overall, just terrible customer service and I do not recommend you purchase a vehicle here.

They were very prompt in providing service and in returning the vehicle back. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and extremely courteous and polite!

First time here. Everyone was nice and very helpful. Had my wife's F Pace serviced, plus it was having a coolant problem. Found the tiny leak and scheduled a repair date. Would definitely recommend them.

My family drove 3.5hrs to look at a vehicle and they pushed us to use their financing after we said several times we had our own. They told us they'd give us a set amount for our trade and then didn't and they're asking more than loan value on the vehicle. We have called multiple times to speak to management and haven't heard from anyone! Terrible way to do business

If I could bottle up the feeling and the experience and hold onto it forever, I would. The customer care and attention to detail were beyond impeccable. It was impressive and appreciated. Deitrich exceeded expectations. Him and Bryan both were patient and accommodating and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Infinite stars given to these guys.

Jordan, is always phenomenal! I have no issues with my service! My fluids we top off and my wiper blades were replaced as recommended! I am quite pleased with my service visit!!

I’ve been calling this dealership for over an hour and they aren’t answering the phone in Service or Parts Dept!! I finally got someone in Sales Dept and he says “ I’m not even going to lie, they’re probably not there”. ? He puts me on hold for 3 min and then I get a recording to leave a message. Still trying to get someone to help me! I stay 2 hrs away from dealership. ? Manuel Roman, this was an issue noted in a review 5 months ago and it is still happening to customers!

POOR customer service with the service department. Tried to make an appointment about several lights coming on in my 2020 Jag and the employee was not only rude but condescending when I had questions. There is NO excuse for this type of behavior, especially with luxury brands like Jag and Land Rover. If you can go somewhere else, do yourself a favor and avoid this group. For shame.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've went to this Jaguar location and NO ONE (sales associate) has come and ask if I needed any help. I'm beginning to think this location is RACIST! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this location!!!! If you don't believe me test the theory!

While my experience with the sales team was great, and the only reason they even get two stars, there has to be something wrong on the operational side. I am currently trying to call them to GIVE THEM MONEY, a deposit for a car they just got in. I called between 4 and 5 pm (during business hours) and was on hold for 25 minutes for the sales option, only to get an internet sales person who couldn’t take my money, but was extremely apologetic and kind. I then tried each and every other phone option they have (2 for service, no answer. 3 for parts, no answer. 0 for operator, AGAIN no answer).This is absolutely ludicrous to clearly have this low of standards in regards to customer service, but consider yourself a “luxury brand” dealer. Operations here either needs to do a better job, or at least outsource your “operator” option so customers can actually speak to someone.
