Customer service has been lost at this store. Pick up groceries last night was unhinged, hour & half past due which happens not the issue. But as cars piled up no Kroger employee came to let us know what’s going on. We several customers had to go in there. Retrieved groceries to find 7 items missing again it happens. What made it worse was the next day. Went to pick up the missing groceries the next morning & was told to go to customer service. The line was 3 deep so I asked the cashier who had no one in her line, if she could call or page grocery pick up dept., she told me no I needed to go to customer service. Ok, well as a previous Kroger worker I know you can page another dept. I said you cannot page them, I was told to ask for them so they could bring them to me. Nope. After she seen me waiting in line that was not moving, she decided she could page them over the intercom. No one came. Although a clerk did walk up and I asked hi are you here to help me, she looked me dead face NO I’m here to pick up this folder. Not a no but how can I help you. Wow.!!! At this point the clerk sees me still waiting and the line has not moved. So she goes to what is literally 15 steps away to see if pick up dept. heard her. She comes back out ask me my name, then comes back with my 7 items. What a mess & wait for the missing 7 items. Now tonight my husband went there to get an adult liquor in the locked up aisle. (Albertsons was out, usually go there for a quick trip) pushes the button twice no one comes. He sees a clerk and ask hey can you page someone for me. She told him to go to pharmacy and have them do it. Pharmacy was busy with a long line. He asked another clerk he seen and this guy at least got someone. The guy who look like a manager was rude as heck. What you want like it was such a bother to assist. Customer service has gone out the window. You basically become a Kroger worker when you walk in the door. No one knows how to do nothing or just don’t want to. They do not assist or ask how can I help you. Apparently it’s not their job. Sounds like a class on customer service needs to happen. Only person who was amazing was Mr. Gil from pick up who I spoke with on the phone when I realized items was missing. Let’s do better!

I shop here 3-4 times a week and over the past year the availability of common items has been hit and miss and the management has gone downhill. I just walked out today after waiting at the meat counter and getting passed over for people just walking up.

DEBORAH IN FLORAL is the reason I will never come to this location ever again. I asked her if the Youree location was able to fill my helium balloons up since I had bought them from Kroger Ellerbe earlier that morning but could not get them filled at the moment due to me being on my lunch break & I did not want them just sitting in a hot car with a potential to pop while still at work. I asked her that simple question & she was VERY rude when all she could’ve said was “No” which would’ve been completely fine & I would’ve drove back to Ellerbe to have them filled. I told her she did not have to talk to me like that being that I asked a simple question. I left it alone then continued to shop for flowers. SHE STARED AT ME THE ENTIRE TIME, everywhere I went she stared me down like a hawk. I felt racially profiled at this point. I asked could I help her with anything. She says, “I just want to know what your problem is.” Me being confused, I respond “Ma’am I left the situation alone, you’re clearly having a bad day & now youre following me. I will pray for you.” Apparently that triggered Deborah & she got even more mad. I asked to speak with management.
Management came & the situation was barely deescalated. I repeatedly asked Deborah to stop talking to me & approaching me. She was allowed to get in my face even while the manager was standing there. I had to ask the manager to get her out of my face and thats when she finally separated us.
I understand everyone has bad days but goodness I’ve never had anyone be THAT rude to me over a simple question. Deborah needs a day off or better training.

Their online ordering availability is horrible. Their selection is dismal and things are only available “for delivery only”. Don’t waist your time! I pay a little more for Whole Foods but at least I can get what I need!

I hate Krogers. They show 99 cent avocados. I ring up $2 each. Must have digital coupon. I’ll just go to Walmart where I know the price.

I don't know what's going on at this store. Workers have no problem solving skills at all and just look at you if there's a problem. They stay in their phones and ignore customers

Horrible service and very bad morale of workers attitudes. Store was blown out and clerks said they were short handed all throughout the store from each department. Said Kroger is cutting hours from them and they wasn't happy working there but they need a job. Said the Store Manager treats them poorly. It starts from the top and flows down the hill. Said she was friends with the HR Department and they want listen to the employees. I'm taking my business to another location. ? Convience no longer good here. Hope yall get it together. ? Youree Drive location Shreveport, LA

It’s very convenient and close for me however, I just spent a lot of money to bag my own groceries which I’m fine with but then the lady finishes scanning my stuff and tries to push me along while there is a handful employees to my right doing NOTHING but watching me my bag my own groceries. So if you just have to run in to grab something quickly it’s good but other than that, I’d rather not.
