Process was smooth. But still no results labcrop in Dallas would have been posted/reported results by 2pm if you were in by 9. Guess everything in Shreveport behind on times..

They did not take patients in order of check in. I understand some people had appointments but another person went before me that was a walk in like me.*Caleb was super friendly, quick and accurate. He is the only reason I gave four stars and not three.

This is not the easiest place to find. I have been there twice in a week. I was a walk in. First time i waited approximately 30 min. My second trip I decided to make an appointment. I waited over an hour to be seen in addition to my 15 min early arrival time.
