This is a small store but packed with cool educational stuff. The kids beg to go every time we travel to Shreveport. Staff have always been super friendly and knowledgeable.

Great selection of gifts for all ages. I enjoy the old fashioned toys and games designed for learning.The free gift wrapping is a huge plus. I lack the patience to make a gift look pretty.

I have called this location on multiple occasions and every time the employees have been very unhelpful. Today I called about seeing if they had a product in stock that I was looking for because I live almost two hours away. I was told to check the website because it “shows” everything they have and what exactly they have. She told me they had the brand I was looking for but wouldn’t tell me what. I then went to the website where it showed that it couldn’t find anything that matched to what I was looking for. I called back and she then told me that she was too busy to look and they were about to close and hung up. Customer service most not be a big deal at this location. I would appreciate someone helping me instead of pushing me off to the side so I don’t make an unnecessary and timely trip for something when an employee could take a few minutes to step a few feet next to the register.

The hours of operation (10am-5pm)are already poorly suited to anyone who works for a living. Despite that, I love the concept and the products; however, if your hours of operation are 10am-5 PM, the doors should NOT lock until 5 PM! This is the 2nd time this week that we have gone by to purchase gifts for our niece’s birthday to find the doors locked before 5 PM
