The absolute best customer service. I’ve called them twice about prescriptions I couldn’t get filled other places. Although, they weren’t able to fill them either they took the time to talk to me about different options and lead me in the right direction. I’m incredibly grateful!

We were given the runaround by our usual pharmacy (Kroger) and were trying to get a prescription filled before we went out of town. Steven went out of his way to rush it by contacting Kroger (who ended up losing the original prescription! ?) and then calling the doctor to confirm. Incredibly nice, helpful, and professional!

Wonderful service with a compassionate staff! I so wish I could get all of my prescriptions filled here. You just can’t get the same level of service at the big chain drugstores that you receive here. If you are battling any life threatening illness and are receiving treatments you will find that the staff here are knowledgeable and compassionate with what you are dealing with and really seem to care.

I needed a Rx for my puppy. Had to b mixed. I showed up at twenty minutes after five. Store hours ..close at 530. They were very courteous, helpful and friendly. They stayed late and got my Rx done for me right then. I will b switching ALL my Rx to them.

My dad needed ostomy supplies quickly—the VA did not order supplies and we were trying to get that issue corrected. I called the pharmacy and they were very helpful! They didn’t have what he needed in stock, but they got it in just hours! I’m glad to know that if we have a problem, they are there to help.

I love this place. For the last 10 years or so, I’ve had to give myself B12 shots. Every time, I’ve asked for the tiniest syringe possible and every time, I’ve gotten a needle the size of Godzilla. Until today, that is. Thank you Theresa!!! This 27G x 1/2 was perfect and so tiny!!!

Edit after reading owners response. Not sure how you can say you went to great lengths to inform customers. When the same customer comes in every single month for over a year to get the same prescription filled your pharmacy techs know and it would have been “great lengths” for them to simply tell the customers “I know you have been getting your prescription filled here for quite a while but unfortunately starting in January we will no longer be filling this prescription. So no I don’t feel your staff went to “great lengths” to inform your customers. Sorry don’t believe it.
