Terrible experiencesI only ordered two frappes & they made me wait 30 minutes then gave me two watered down frappes I called to complain they said to remake it but gave us back the same ones I am disgusted these lazy good for nothing workers have no consideration!

Worst service ever!! Make an order and there is no thank you or pull forward or nothing. Get to window and take my money and still just look at me stupid. If you hate your job please go home. Why would you hire someone that is so rude?

I ordered an egg and sausage Mcmuffin in the drive-through. The muffin was slightly burned, I asked for 2 sweeteners and cream and I don't believe they added what I asked for, maybe one sweetener was added but not stirred in and no cream and paid a 20 cent upcharge for it. I was also given the wrong price initially and then given the higher correct price. I wanted to dine in, but doors still locked after 6 am. Why are there dining tables in McDonald's for extended employee breaks. I remember service being much better a decade or two ago. What a disappointment McDonald's has become.

I used the mobile app and tried to redeem my birthday treat. Once I arrived, the line was wrapped around the building. I changed my order to the front counter, only to find out the frappe machine is down. The front counter manager offered me something else. I was extremely disappointed. The app should have been notified that the equipment is available for orders it would have saved me time. ??
