“Love this store. The store is clean and spacious, making it easy and relaxing to browse. The people who work there are helpful and friendly and go above and beyond. I was pleased with almost everything I got here for the holiday season but the things that had to be returned... that's where the problem comes.
Kohls advertises themselves as hassle free returns but my return experience was very unpleasant. The lady working the returns is a little condescending and made things uncomfortable... the only time she said anything was when she was complaining that she didn't know which item on the receipt went to what I was returning, and making half snarky comments when I tried to make conversation, so I just shut up. This was in two different occasions, so I doubt I'll be purchasing anything that I don't scrutinize first and I definitely won't buy online anymore, for fear I have to deal with that again. Please don't have people working customer service who aren't custumer service oriented.”
“I went to In Style today looking for a nice suit/outfit for my graduating Senior for Senior pics.Henry, our sales guru, went above and beyond to find an amazing suit for our son. Henry listened to our ideas and came up with several great suits. He also assisted us in finding the perfect tie and pocket handkerchief to make the suit pop!!! He did all the things to make shopping easy and put together a GREAT look for my son!I can’t say enough good things about Henry and the store. So many wonderful options!!Oh and We even walked out the door the same day with the suit hemmed perfectly for my son’s height.”
“I remember my mom buying me my first outfit from Buckle when I was 12, it was the prettiest shirt and jeans I’ve ever owned. Still to this day I feel the same way about their clothes. So elegant even when casual. The employees have ALWAYS been the best, at every Buckle I’ve been too. They actually care and make it easy. This Buckle holds the bar high and it’s greatly appreciated ?”

“I bought a suit and had to have it altered. Somehow the alterations got off and had to the jacket and pants re-altered. It turned out great. I then had to buy a tux and have it altered. We'll see how it turns out. The staff was very helpful and reminded me that I'd probably need a vest. They were also patient while I tried on multiple shirts until I found one that fit.”

“Update as of June 15, 2024. Still a great place that sells men's fashions. (Suits, pants, shirts, linen pant sets, cuff links, ties, shoes) You have a variety to choose from. The salesmen are helpful, positive, and funny. There are dressing rooms available to try your things on.
We were greeted once we got in the store and sales rep was willing to help. There is a large variety of shoes to choose from. Good location.”
