They have horrible customer service refuse to take liability for selling faulty phones. Paid $22 for replacement phone for it to have a faulty battery. Now they won't do nothing to fix this problem. They told me to file a claim online now the online is telling me $50 for a deductible when I could go to Walmart and but the same phone for $50. They will stop helping me when in to help a new customer cause they only care about commission not doing their job. Do not do metro

My Customer service experience wasn’t that great. I purchased a phone as a Christmas present for my Aunt. The young man neglected to tell me how much the monthly service would be or any of the particles. Didn’t press the issue because it was Christmas Eve and I wanted to get going.

Just bought a phone last night, its a defect the app store wont open. The cashier told me i couldn't exchange it and all i can do is buy a new phone or a sim( not willing to wave the price.) to put in another phone that doesnt work...rude staff, the lady at the desk keeps rolling her eyes at me as i talk.

I like going2 the McDonalds on greenwood road after a trip from the doctor in early morning. The coffee is great. Ask4 the senior coffee discount.The service is quick. Employees are courteous and polite. That says a lot about a business. Wonderful!@

so went there last month to get a phone , at first the ladies there when even talk to me , than every phone i wanted they claimed they did not have , they where a little rude. so end up with a pricy phone ( i like the phone )....
