The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend my salesman, Kurt Strother. He is the most easy going salesman I have ever dealt with. He seemed like a great guy and seemed to care about treating his customer right. If you need a vehicle, call Kurt. I also had a great experience with the finance director, Jay Hill. He also seemed like a great guy and helped me through the finance process quickly and efficiently. It was an all around great experience.

I absolutely love Glenn!!!! He has sold me two suvs. He is not pushy. I never feel like I made a bad decision when I get some. Some salesmen will sale just to sale. Glenn takes the time to know his customers. He takes the time to know what they are looking for and what’s important in a car for them. And he delivers!!!!! I was looking for a Tahoe or Yukon and he got me something WAAAAAY better!!

Jeff Rivers and team took excellent care of our truck. We had the truck in to evaluate the instrument panel, which was not covered under warranty. It was found to have a cracked radiator and leaking transmission hoses while in the shop. Jeff kept me well informed on the progress and the truck was fixed as soon as possible.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to the service center to deal with Mr. Mike Matranga. The rest of the service center I have no idea on if there customer service is good or bad but this individual is truly the definition of unprofessionalism. He will not answer the phone so if you need to know anything please pull up. I watched my truck sit in the same park spot for two weeks through GPS tracking. Once again I can't speak for the rest of Morgan Buick Gmc but that guy is grade A trash at his job.

I am highly disappointed and upset. I took my truck for service thinking that it would be in good hands only to be called a couple of days later with news that ALL of my music was stolen from my vehicle. My brand new in dash radio along with my 12” subwoofers in the trunk. I left my vehicle in the care of this place only to have the policy of them not being responsible thrown in my face. I find it odd they don’t have cameras. You’d think they’d at least try to prevent vandalism and keep a vehicle that has to be serviced over a couple days LOCKED up and not out on the lot for anyone to vandalize. I paid over $600 for service only to turn around and have to deal with my own insurance company and coming out of more money for a deducible. I spoke to the service manager Jacob whom had zero empathy and pretty much just had a “suck it up” type of attitude. It was pretty cool how the thieves were so sweet to lock the doors behind themselves after working so hard to carry a box loaded with subs.. also cool how the theft system WASN’T triggered??? In the end the customer is screwed and the big business wins.

I had a warranty on my tire and I needed it replaced. I wanted the tire replaced with the same brand that was on my vehicle. My husband was told that production on the Michelin Primacy Tour A/S had been discontinued, so my tire was replaced with a random brand. I was confused because I had priced the tire at 3 different stores that carried this same tire. I called Michelin to confirm the claim and it was false. I was even provided the parts number for this tire. I called Morgan Buick in Bossier City, LA and they had 2 tires in stock. I explained to Matthew the aforementioned situation and he provided the names of the parts manager at the Shreveport location. I called the Shreveport location and spoke with Jacob because Josh was at lunch. I explained the situation to him and expressed my disdain for being provided false information. The situation was rectified. My trust in this company has significantly decreased. It leads me to wonder if I am being provided quality service when I bring my vehicle to this location.

I arrived thirty minutes before my appointment time and it took almost two hours to get my oil changed. Tire rotation was not needed just a simple oil change.

Glen was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing! My husband had a 2023 SLT Yukon built for me and Glen was there every step of the way helping us! He stayed in touch with us to let us know the status of my new vehicle! I can’t say enough good things about Glen! If you are looking for a new car go to Morgan Buick in Shreveport and ask for Glen!!

I am truly impressed with Morgan Buick GMC. When I first walked in, the kind young lady at the front desk asked how she could assist me. Wesley heard me as he walked by and assisted me right away. He didn’t pressure me and gave me a time frame on when the car I wanted would come in. I live out of state and he kept in touch with me and once I came back to purchase the car, he picked me up from the airport himself. Wesley is doing great things there and I cannot thank him enough. Jay was also helpful in explaining my loan and walking me through signing my documents. Best car purchase experience ever!

My review is for the service department.. we are having trouble with the ac in our vehicle.. scheduled an appointment time to drop vehicle off for service @ 10:30 am on Wednesday, was told to drop off as early as possible, got there at 7:30.. at 2 pm, received a call stating it will be Friday before can be even looked at.. Service department is horrible with customer service, they could care less if your vehicle is repaired or not.. They deal in favorites and who they know.
