Absolutely amazing people. My truck broke down in the middle of the night from a busted coolant line. I was stranded at 2am in a city I did not know. I had to get a tow to this location because it was the only place close enough to me and God was looking down on me. I had to sleep in my truck until the store opened at 7:30. When it did, the gentlemen at this store were extremely kind, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the right part, connecting and getting me to a near by mechanic and helping me get everything that I needed. God bless these men. I would highly highly recommend this store to anyone needing help. O’Rielly’s should be proud to have employees like these. Dan and Carl, you two have no idea how much your help meant to me and I am extremely grateful. You helped a stranded, scared and alone young woman feel safe and taken care of. God bless you. Both of you.

Went into the store with my Husband & kid’s . He was purchasing something’s for his license plate. My daughter had to use the restroom, so I approached the counter. I came in contact with Josh (great customer service). I asked if they had a public restroom. He stopped & asked an African American woman with a copper wavy bob weave & big eyes. She says NO. Josh looks at me & says no ma’am. I replied with That’s fine thank you love. I then turn to walk down the aisle. I over hear the American America lady say “She know we don’t have no public bathroom “! With a very nasty rude ton. I turn & say If I knew I wouldn’t have asked.
I have NEVER been treated that way at that location. She definitely needs to be retrained on Customer Service Do & Don’ts.

terrible service. They say an arrival time for a custom piece. When you go it's still not there and they make you wait more than 2 hours without sitting down and nothing either.

I have felt like there is no such thing as customer service nor does anyone like smiling anymore when walk into any store. I get we are all going thru something in our lives some harder than others, myself as it is pretty hard. Won't go into my sad story or tell you all the details I would be writing a novel instead of a review. This is already long winded as it is. But couple little examples storm had come thru causing a lot of damage and destruction to a lot of people self included. My car now having issues being older single woman with very limited income, having to try really hard to keep it together. A simple smile hello can really help someone and today two of your employees did that for me Liz and Branden. Not only did they have nice smiles they went above and beyond helping me find part I needed. So again thank you Liz and Branden for all your help and being so kind thanks for showing outstanding customer service ...Sincerely Indy
