I was in town for a doctors appointment and my maintenance light came on . I live 1 hour and 45 minutes away for this dealership. We went in to see if they could fit us in and they did. Soon as we walked in the door everyone was so friendly. When they walked by you they said hello and asked if they could help you. We were very impressed with the treatment we got from them

This by far has been the most stressful and hectic experience. I was not prepared to have problems with it being a brand new car. I took my car in the weekend before Labor Day and while I understand they were not doing certain services that Saturday-Monday, I was still expected to bring it that Tuesday and drop it off for days just for them to do a diagnostic. It was extremely hot and there was no urgency to give a loyal customer a rental car for something that was faulty on Nissan’s end. I was just expected to leave my car for days (probably weeks honestly at the rate they were going) while having a job, having doctors appointments for the motorcycle wreck I was involved in, etc… almost everyone I spoke with had an “oh well” attitude as if they could not do anything. Fixing my AC unit was about a month long process and it should not have been. Honestly, I was way more patient and understanding than I should have been because I do not feel as if I got that same treatment in return. Not to mention, again, that I am having other problems with my BRAND NEW vehicle and there is again no urgency to check in with me to see how to get it fixed.

I had taken my 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in for a recall, and they greeted me extremely well, and ensured my truck would be taken care of as soon as possible. After a couple of hours, Debbie had called me to let me know that my truck was complete and ready, but they did an inspection, and said that I was due for a few services. She asked if I wanted to take care of them that day, and I agreed to. They were finished with the service work in a few hours, and then Debbie called me to let me know it was available for pick up. I was so happy with the experience and surprised that they were able to take care of my vehicle in such a short amount of time, and have me back on the road. Everyone there carried themselves with big smiles, and were very helpful. It made me proud to be a Nissan owner. Thank you Debbie and the team for making my experience great, and for making me feel like I was apart of the Nissan team. See you all soon!

I received an email for an oil change for 29.99. I went to Orr, told the service advisor I was there for the 29.99 oil change. When it came time to pay, they had charged over 50.00. I told the cashier, Jessica, that I was supposed to get the 29.99 oil change. She got an attitude and said she didn’t know how to do that. The service advisor took the paperwork back and took off 30.00. She was nice but Jessica was not. I will go to Orr Nissan in Bossier from now on.

I loved the car buying experience with shadow when I purchased the vehicle over a month ago but the customer service is horrible when you need to get a service done such as a tire change. I have been waiting over a hour and 15 minutes so far for 1 tire to be replaced that I was told would take 45 minutes at most. I came at 7:45am when they opened at 7:30am. There were literally 3 cars here when I pulled up. Not one person checked on me or acknowledged me in the waiting area. I hope I never have to come back anytime soon for anything related to my car with this type of service provided. All you hear is a bunch a females gossiping and employees walking around. Just terrible.

I went last week for the first time, and it was a breeze! The service department cashiers were absolutely amazing took care of me, and answered any questions I had too. Would recommend to my family and friends. Will be coming back for now on.

Everyone was so nice. Very helpful. This was my first time using the service department, and the person who greated me was so helpful. I love that there is Saturday Service times as well, so I don't have to take time off during the week.

The worst vehicle buying experience of a lifetime. They trick you on the price and they try to add 10,000 dollars to the sale price. Their gap insurance they sell doesn't pay and everything about them are lies. You would have to be the biggest fool on earth to shop or even walk through the doors. Everyone that works there is in on the scam. Please stay away. Find a private seller and go to your bank for a loan. Be smart.

We perchanced a used car from orr Nissan the sales person was a pleasure to work with he's name is Victor very nice person. But after the purchase things went down hill fast.9 days after the car broke down and we got 0 help from them.I wouldn't buy a go cart from them all they do is screw people. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I feel like I was taken advance of by this place!!! I purchased a vehicle 4 months ago and now I’m having trouble with it . I spoke with the manager Greg and he advised me that I have a warranty but told me that service that i need isn’t covered under the “warranty”he tried to convenience me to buy used parts for “him to repair my vehicle on his own time or bring it to them and he’ll have one of his people fix it at Nissian”.. I came to Orr Nissian thinking they would stand behind their cars! But it seem like Greg the use car manager in Shreveport is just as janky as a side lot . I don’t know if he approached me like because I am a woman or because he really is that shady. This is truly disappointing because I love Nissian vehicles and this is my only transportation to get around if anyone can help me please help me.sincerely Heartbroken
