The pizza was great ?! I gave it a four star because I did not have enough garlic sauce for my Large Pizza. I understand revenue, but come on, it does not make Any sense to give one small portion of garlic sauce with a LARGE PIZZA ?!

It was a great experience. My son loved watching the pizza be made, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was honestly the best pizza any of us have ever had! Highly recommend.

Sylvia called to inform me of an order update and was very professional and courteous. Seconds later I got a call from Stephanie to inform me about the update as well. They had no idea they both were calling but I was very impressed with the attention to detail. I loved the pride they both had in excellent service and although the product I ordered was no longer available they made sure they made it right. 5 stars for these awesome ladies !!!

EVERY MANAGER Associated with papa John needs to be fired including SHILPAN PATEL they are all RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and only care about they selves I wouldn't recommend anyone to this he'll whole they have they need to be shut down food has bugs in it they treat employees like crap and can't keep ant workers cause of they selfish acts n silly ways DONT EVER GO TO PAPA JOHN

So, the store calls are rerouted to an employee's personal cell phone? I called the store and David answered like it was his personal phone, after I called and it went to his voicemail. Delivery times are shit. There are no drivers, because nobody wants to deliver in deadly Shreveport for below poverty wages. The district manager needs to be fired and all locations need to be closed. Why offer Papa John's if nobody can get it made properly and delivered. This place has been trash for YEARS.

Rude rude rude would never come again, manager closed the store at 6 o’clock her reason was she has been there since 10 by herself yelling and screaming about her menstrual cycle

Terrible store. Food was left outside in the rain without notifying me it was. By the time I found it the food was soaking wet and not edible. When I contacted the store the manager refused to remake it. She only offered 50% off the next order. When I told her that was not good enough I was hung up on. I had to contact papa John's corporate and am awaiting a call from a local manager.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel. Arrived over an hour later & cold. Apparently this location uses DoorDash for delivery, but that isn't noted anywhere in the checkout.

Order $50 worth of food that never showed up last night and when I called because it was an hour late, the lady I guess who was about to close the store literally like verbally attacked me LOL I was really hopin for some Papa John's! Haven't had it in forever guess I'll go to a dif one...again ?

Pretty bad 7:30 p.m. and I was told sorry we're not delivering right now?? If you can't deliver pizza and it can only operate as a carry out you need to close your doors until you can hire delivery drivers!

Ordered a pie here, got the wring order. I ordered an extra large NY style pizza and ended up getting a very cold large pizza without the extra pizza sauce I added on to the pizza. I'll give a pass for the cold pizza because it sat around a good 20 mins before it got a delivery driver.
