I came in 20 minutes before closing and the staff was nice and friendly. I went to get fish for my tank and the young man was eager to not only help me but to educate me on taking proper care of the fish...he even showed me a picture of his fish tank. Very engaging and professional 👏🏽.

Favorite pet store. They Also are partnered with shelter and have cats available. You can also take ur kids on sat to help feed fish. Always extremely helpful

The first time I came was to get a tank for a frog and they said a 20 gallon would suffice for a tomato frog or a pacman frog, both turned out to be a lie, a 20 gallon tank is nowhere big enough for either. The 2nd lie is when I came back to get the supplies, a clearly clueless employee gives me tadpole food which turns out is absolutely not the right food. The 3rd lie is when I set up the tank and asked an employee if it's a good matching set up for the frog, turns out my tank is absolutely not set up for the frog I got. The 4th lie is when an employee said keeping my apartment at 72 or 73 is fine and it turns out thats definitely also not true. They need to be at a temp of 75-85. Either your employees know literally nothing about frogs or they're intentionally lying to make a sale.

Ive always bought aquatics on a friday night. But tonight a girl with glasses and brown hair says sorry I cant sell anything tonight, "I have too much do". So we leave and as we do shes just standing behind the register on her phone. Yall just lost a regular customer.

Only 2 associates on the floor and the one was working the register. The other behaved like she was too busy to assist anyone.

Absolutely absorb and willing to waist your time. Was told they would price check by corporate and the store will not honor it. (Corporate says it is the stores choice) Waited for over 2 hours in store and drove over 2 hours to get there. This is not the first comments about this and I don't believe corporate cares to do anything about this mixup. There policy need to change to where you can or can not price check on live aquatic aminals and not vary on that. I have been price checking on live fish through petco for years now and this is the first I have heard them not doing it. I wish I was told from the store under no circumstances will they honor what there corporate says before I waisted a hour of my time.
