I love shopping at PetCo, both in store and online! 99.9% of the time I am able to find what I need. The purchase was easy, the pick up time was very quick, the associate was friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop online again!!

I spent a good ten minutes walking around the fish tank area attempting to find and buy and fish tank for my niece. I watched employees in the fish area be on their phones and just out right completely ignore me. The only two employees to help me was the first lady I asked if they had any more of the tanks I was looking for and the cashier Niyah. Niyah and the other cashier were very helpful.

I had a really amazing experience in the store. I traveled from over an hour away and the staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I adopted a bearded dragon and the knowledge provided to me before I left the store has helped me to be able to make her as comfortable as possible with the transition. I’m so happy and satisfied with my experience! Thank you for having such an amazing staff!

The fish aquarium department is Lacking. Shelves bare; no large fish tanks. Driftwood sold out. Went over to PetsMart and they are very well stocked in All your Aquarium needs.

Amanda treated me and my friend(coworker) with such rudeness and irritation…we are considerings adopting the kitten namedLittle Bean. We came in to interact with the kitten and see how she responded to us before we paid the fees and such for the adoption process. Amanda told us that she wouldn’t open up the cage because we didn’t put in an application and haven’t been approved and she did so very sternly and rudely! I hope Amanda is not a manager, I couldn’t imagine how she would treat her employees. And lastly, no wonder these animals sit and sit at these places…they have horrible employees that need customer service training and a write up!

My coworker and I just went to Petco to see a precious little black kitten named Little Beans with serious consideration of adopting her. We asked the cashier if we could please see the kitten to see how she responded to us. We waited in the cat room for a minute and Amanda came in. She was obviously irritated and asked what we needed. We asked to get the kitten out so we can engage with her for a moment. Amanda rudely asked if we put in an application and been approved. We said no and that we just wanted to see how the kitten engaged with us and how she looked before paying the fees and such. She said with even more irritation that she wouldn't open up the cage without an approved application. So we left! No wonder these poor animals sit in these places for as long as they do! Amanda needs to take some customer service training and I pray she isn't a manager. I can't imagine how she would treat her employees...

I got food and christmas goodies for all...guinea pigs, fish, dogs, cat, and rabbit. Its a 1 stop pet shop.Helpful and easy to locate staff. My fav. pet store.
