I was fortunate enough to stop by when Amie was managing food at the fuel isle. I'm an OTR driver and I go to Petros all over the United States. And it's usually the same experience every time, except this time was different! I ordered baked chicken and finally it was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Vegetables... Bangin'! Now, I can't wait to stop by there again!

I took my truck to this location for a PM service, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this place. The customer service was very poor, and the employees— including the manager—were rude. They didn’t perform the PM at all: no greasing, no oil filter change, and no fuel filter change. Instead, they simply handed me the filters and told me to get the work done somewhere else.

Service at Iron Skillet extremely slow. Restaurant not busy with only 10 customers and over 30 minutes to receive food.

This is the worse truck stop you can go to. Customer service is terrible. The price on food and products they have are wrong. They get mad at you for pointing it out and still want to charge you a different price then what they advertised. It's sad that they hire people that don't like their job or do it well either.

Rude employees on fuel island she stayed on her phone instead of helping and parking lot ain’t nothing but storage/ parking lot a lot of abandoned trucks just left there they don’t keep the place clean or updated

Had a flat trailer tire earlier. The team got me going shortly after. Good people & didnt wait too to long this time around. I dont mind breaking down over here cause as big as this place is its never for me anyways that long of a wait.

2 stars becouse parking was great and large parking lot. Water pressure is super low and the restarount was closed at 5pm and there is a dirty smell when you walk in the store.

I stopped here for fueling my semi truck.
After fueling up, I went inside to use the restroom. A guy from management staff at the counter told me that i cannot take an empty bottle inside the restroom. I asked him why can't I?
He said it's our policy that no one can bring empty bottle inside the restroom.
I requested him that I will not going to throw it anywhere and I will bring it back from the restroom after using it, if you want.
But he did not allow me.
My question here is, what kind of policy is this where drivers are not allowed to take empty bottle with themselves in the restroom?
I will never ever stop here for fueling again if this matter remains un resolved.
