My first and last time I will return to the store. Worst service I'd ever receive for coffee! I placed the mobile order before it open and didn't get a thank you or a good morning. I thought my coffee was done but showed up my order DIDNT get started! Like really? If I tip and payed for convenience then I expect it on time plus ready. I order the wedding cake iced latte and it taste like cheap coffee from circle k. I watch the blonde lady made my coffee and add whipped cream when I asked for 1 shot of expresso plus DIDNT ask for whipped cream. She had to start over and make it. I'll stick to Starbucks. follow directions problem solved. The owners will lie about sending a gift card.

Stop by here occasionally to treat myself, usually trying a specialty latte. Also buy the bagged coffee beans. We grind at home, but they will grind for you, if needed. It is a great tasting, smooth coffee! Have tried other brands, but always come back for PJ's.

Jessica is, hands down, the best barista I've encountered! 10/10 recommend always having her be the frontline of service at PJ's! Incredible!

Very overpriced considering the sizes and the last time I went I got food poisoning so I wouldn't really recommend this there are better coffee places

A great coffee place! Coffee tastes great, the vibes/ atmosphere are shill and relaxing, there is lower light for comfort or if you are sensitive to it, clean bathrooms, and a nice amount of outlets. The staff is super nice, and the New Orleans aesthetic is charming, but not gaudy. There are also wide isles/ walkways for easy accessibility if needed. I highly recommend this great little coffee place!

Best coffee in the Shreveport/Bossier area! They always take great care to make sure your cup is perfect. Also, their breakfast offerings are extremely good. The sausage and egg bagel is my favorite.

Amazing customer service. Very friendly cashier that recommended the Butter Rum Iced Latte! Beignets are also very good. I've definitely found my new coffee place!

A really nice chain coffee shop. Praline is one of my favorite flavors and is a seasonal drink at Starbucks, so when I saw a praline & cream latte, I jumped on this. It's absolutely delicious and I've been back several times since. The staff is very nice and courteous. They also have a loyalty program where you earn stars with each purchase. The stars can be used to redeem food and beverage items for free.

I have to brag on a barista named Ashley who has been very awesome! I always stop at this coffee shop while passing through early in the mornings. She has a beautiful smile that is very contagious and has an uplifting personality! This young lady definitely takes pride in her job!

Awesome place to stop by when in the area. We were driving across country and this was on my list to grab some coffee in the morning before starting the day of driving. The staff were super friendly, they open earlier than most places around the area, there is a drive thru as well. We stepped inside and it was cozy. Could definitely see the myself studying to working in the environment. Coffee was good and the beignets were a great treat for the road!

Great coffee spot, can't go wrong with a Latte or Cold Bev. Good quality for a chain.

I was glad to be able to eat your Beignets in Bossier, First time we ate them was in Ruston, La, and they were fried just right. Then my grand daughter told me that we have a PJ’S in BC too. One day I asked my husband to buy 12 of them for me, on the way home, I found 2 of them stuck together and only cooked 1/2 way, we can’t eat uncooked food. I threw them away. It happened again today, I asked my grand daughter to stop and buy 18 Beignets and 2 cups of coffee. 3 Beignets got stuck together and were uncooked. I am so disappointed in PJ’S store. I hope your manager reads this, and ask the person that cooks to take the Beignets apart first before frying them.
