(1) It's was Very Good to Actually talk to a Live Person, when you Call Regions on the Phone, on North Market.
(2) The Bank Teller was Very Friendly and that's with a Big Smile, I don't see that a Lot at other Businesses.
(3) Mrs. Williams, was Very Helpful and Knowledgeable, Patience, work with you with a Smile, she also make sure you Completely Satisfied and All Your Questions are Answer, before you walk out her Office.
(4) This is a Super Nice Regions Bank to Visit when your Opportunity Arise to do Any Banking, I Highly Recommend, Visiting the North Market Branch, Shreveport, La.

Gave them a try with savings and checking. They charge more fees on savings then you can ever earn in interest. Rude and obnoxious. Shop around you can do much better

Beware... If you live in or out of town, the suburbs, or the country, this ATM is limited between these hours. Don’t waste your time and gas after hours.

I have every intention on getting in touch with the board and decision makers of Region bank. I have never in my life; and I will announce: I'm not that "worldly," heard of a bank's ATM closing or having hours. WTF! Yes, Wed/Thur/Fri and every other day of the week this ATM closes - please see my posted picture. You know what else? I was there during the posted hours at 2pm CST in the middle of the hot summer day and the ATM was not functioning. Are you kidding me? The subsidized housing complex has been in place before this bank and before my time but never once have I encountered or heard of a "bad" situation going on and around.
