I have a POA to take care of my mom's affairs as she is in a nursing home and I have moved her to Texas. Her account has a LOT of money in it. I wrote a check, which she signed, for her nursing care and it was returned unpaid. They told me it was because the bank thought it was fraudulent, even though she had signed it! I gave them her new phone number and our contact information and told them that we were simply trying to pay the bill. They claimed to have made a note of the situation. I just was just told by the nursing home that the second check, which was also signed by my mom, was returned. The nursing home will no longer accept a check from this account which has almost $200K in it. I live 7 hours away and cannot deal with this type of ridiculousness. I am planning to move my money to a bank close to me that is NOT Regions as soon as possible and before my mom gets kicked out of her nursing home!

Absolutely horrible experience. I presented a check to cash before endorsing it, and was told they could cash a check for a small “fee”. Once I endorsed the check and after they’ve stamped and run the check it turns out they could not cash it through their “system”. Instead they used a “third party” and the fee to cash the check was $ 260.20. I tried to take the check elsewhere but Regions had already stamped the check so that was not an option. I am thoroughly disgusted with their system and lack of help! Would NEVER use this bank again under any circumstance!(I only assigned 1 star because it would not post without at least one selected… wish I could go lower!

Some of them know their business but it is more then that, you have to have people skills you make them happy and then they will help company to grow!

They need to open their lobby back up the COVID situation is under control. There absolutely is no reason why it should still be closed. I waited in line for 30 min for them to CLOSE the lane, what a joke.

I like this bank , I haft to make transfers from accounts and the app will not allow it and calling in is a hassle as well . I haft to go to bank to make these transfers .

Very helpful staff and have used Region branches in Ala and Fla. Recommend this branch and Regions overall.

Atm shut down as soon as I put my card in and now I'm stuck out of town with no way of getting money, so I put an out of order sign on it and hopeing to get it back in the morning
