I just went to this branch at 10:00am and when I went inside they had employees talking bout there customers,”screaming close the door it’s 12:00 “then after waiting 2hrs in the inside with 4 people ahead of me. I had the a employee rush to me to door, at the door the other employee was talking bout the lady at the door, saying rude words. I feel like they treat there customers like they wild animals.

The line was long but went rather quickly. I was out of there in about 10 minutes and was able to complete my transaction and change my address all with the same clerk.

Went up there on my one hour lunch break both ladies denied to cash my check because of the funds on my account even though in their guidelines it states that They can still cash a check although there may be fees.. asked the lady why i could not cash my check and she just stared at me and just walked away never came back to the window..

I'm seriously considering closing my Regions account now. I've tried to call 4 different numbers, gotten recordings on each one and now someone just picked up at the branch and hung up without answering.This is not the first time I've had this problem. I know Covid, etc. etc. etc.but this is not the reason for this behavior by bank employees.HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR TO GET THE SYSTEM TO SEND THIS MESSAGE!
