After my lengthy wait time of nearly 4 hours at Rountree Fords service center I kept reassuring myself its worth the wait for quality service.It was not worth it!! My 2023 F150 second ever oil change left this health care worker let down by her choice of service center. 6AM...10 days following this oil change Rountree Ford services failed me...oil pooled under and oil splash all over the engine bay, with a boiling coolant reservoir. Ford reliability was destroyed by Rountree... While caring for people on the days they need it the most... Rountree Ford service center contacted me to accuse me of taking the time out of my 13-14 hr work days to crawl underneath my brand new vehicle to over tighten or damage my oil filter!!!!! After refusing to pay for the damage caused by this poor service, I was promised a return call from management. I did NOT receive any word. TBC...

I can't even begin to describe how horrible this service department is. There is zero communication, the only time I hear from them is when I reach out. They have an attitude almost every time I talk to them. After a little over a month and a half,they replaced my sunshade because it was hanging down. I get the car back and it is pouring water in through the sunroof. The only reason Rountree Ford has a 1.7 Google rating is because someone lied and gave them too high of a score.

I purchased a maintenance plan when I bought my vehicle which was supposed to take care of all scheduled maintenance. I thought it was a good idea just to prepay for these services to keep my vehicle running smoothly. But, they don't let you know that the plan they sale you don't fall in line with the manufacturer's schedule of maintenance. They take advantage of your naivety and not asking the right questions. Thinking this company is reputable is a mistake.

This is a dealershit not a dealership. The service department can see your car within a few weeks at minimum and you have to leave it to get in line. Loaner car? No such thing. Purchased a car recently from rountree, the sales men weren't rude but not good either. Kept insisting they were "helping me out". Begged for 5 star review because they "made such a great deal for me." Every car has a fee attached to them for no other reason than being at that dealership. Most with $2000 and up charge. When you try to make a deal with them, the finance person made it seem like I was breaking their balls, but in reality we all know, no matter how great of a deal you seem to get, your still getting a bad deal. I wouldn't mind so much if everyone had better attitudes instead of the attitude that I'm screwing them. Car is good, no issue with it but the dealership has no hand in the build of the car. I can't say any other car dealerships are better but just overall weird experience.

Madison and Hunter went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to get my bestie and I back up and on the road after getting bad fuel from a truck stop in TX within a timely manner, allowing us to still make it to my husbands best friends wedding. I will forever be in debt and grateful to these two!!

Stephen Martinez is the best! Very kind and showed actual concern about my vehicle. He’s definitely the go to when getting your car serviced. Earl… not so much. Respectfully, came off standoff-ish and wasn’t too friendly. Because of Mr. Martinez I will definitely come back with no hesitation. Thank you again!

I called the service rep on 08/24/23 to schedule my vehicle for diagnostic service. I was told they are backlogged a couple of day and scheduled for service on 08/29. Took my vehicle in at 0715 hours the 29th. I was told they are backlogged by five days. I left my vehicle. It was finally diagnosed on 09/06. Part was ordered on 09/07. I pick up vehicle today, the 12th. It is crazy to take that long to attach a computer to a vehicle to diagnose a problem. If you can be without your vehicle for this period of time, take it there. The service rep was very good and helpful.

I purchased my car at Rountree and I always use them for my services. Love Rountree FORD, the sales man was wonderful, took really good care of my family and I. Once I took delivery the excellent customer service did not stop, the service department continues that customer service. I highly recommend FORD and Rountree. The picture below is NOT my BRONCO, but my Bronco is exactly like it and I love it. It is so unusual and the customer leather seats that Rountree had installed make it a one of a kind!!

I was giving an option for a shuttle when I made the appointment, but was told there’s no shuttles available on weekends. I had to find someone at the last minute and this could have been avoided by simply informing the customers about the shuttle service on Saturdays. I was also given one price in my email and a totally different price when I picked up my vehicle. I have been going to Ford since I had my car and this is the first bad review I had to write due to being inconvenienced. I was disappointed with my service!!!!

Sad these people just try get over on me. I ask them for price for a hitch told them my car make and model and year. Even gave him vin number. They gave me their price and I called the bossier location and the man ask me what I need a hitch for when the make and model of my car already have one. He told me where it was I just had to remove a cover. Lo and behold it was there. So how did one dealership know I didn’t need one but the other didn’t? They both are ford company. This is why I always go to bossier anyway but they was busy at the time I called and thought I’ll call Shreveport too. So guess they would of taken my 2,000 dollars they quoted me and did no work and just laugh at me and taken advantage because I’m a woman.

There is a reason everyone knows this place is terrible, because it is reality. I had an appointment at 8 am today (Monday) and when I got there they said it would be Thursday at the earliest before they could look at my truck. They have no concept of what an appointment is. But that is typical for them.

My service advisor turned what could have been a terrible experience into one that was not a problem. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Kept me in the loop from start to finish. The only place I'll go for service from now on. And by the way, the truck is perfect.

My experience was awesome from beginning til the end. Sam didn't let me come all the way up the stairs before greeting me. That excited me! I knew he was gone do what he had to to make a sale. I knew what I wanted and they made my buying experience even better.
