  Each nail artist charge a different price every time I come and I get the exact same thing every time, Jennifer is the only one that knows how to do French tip the right way none of the men know how to shape toes right AT ALL and they never clean the excess around the toes !! I will not be returning

  Customer service was really good and the atmosphere was nice. My only complaint would be that it took an exceptionally long time from start to finish. But I do appreciate the attention to detail

  I went here to get my nails done today and when I walked in someone said hi, I said hi and sat down. There was only 1 other person waiting. After 30 minutes I asked how long it would take and one of the nail techs said oh this girl has to finish that girls nails and this guy had to do this so maybe 15 more minutes. I waited longer and at that point it had been a whole hour that I was there. So I said excuse me how long is this going to take I’ve been here for an hour. A guy proceeded to take me to a chair and tell me to pick out my color, I picked out purple & told him I wanted a chrome or metallic top coat which he told me he couldn’t do a top coat but someone else could but I would have to wait longer. So at that point I was irritated asf and said don’t worry about it I’m just going to buy press ons. I wasted an entire hour of my life here & honestly all of this could’ve been avoided had they told me what the wait time was when I got there & also asked me what I was getting. There was zero communication, I understand having to wait but an entire hour?? That’s ridiculous at the very least communicate that the wait is going to be that long when someone walks in the door. And if you can’t do a simple top coat then why are you doing nails to begin with? I didn’t ask for any designs at all just a metallic or chrome top coat.

  The man who did my nails at first did awful. I asked them to be fixed once they sent me back to the same man and he did even worse! He then fixed them a second time but they still looked awful!!! After going back for a 3rd time the lady who fixed them was really nice and did a good job. Overall I DO NOT recommend they didn’t really want to fix them until i called and complained on the phone! I took 3 times for them to do them right.

  i’d give NO stars if i could. got a dip set 5 days ago, 5 nails have already chipped/broken and the salon wants me to pay for A WHOLE NEW SET instead of fixing the ones that are broken less than a week later. i WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER! if you want to be ripped off, come here, they’ll do it!

  Went to see Jason and, as always, he did an amazing job! He always gives me exactly what I ask for, and sometimes they come out even better than I'd hoped! He's never done me wrong and will be my nail guy until he stops doing nails! 15 out of 10! I HIGHLY recommend him! He's amazing!!

  They were very welcoming and nice my first visit, I wasn’t a fan of how my toes were done but they did last. My nails did really good as well. I was happy with how they came out but I had to be very verbal about my expectations. A guy started doing my nails then he made me move to Jennifer because of that, she does really great but has a really bad attitude. I decided to give them another chance but I would only allow Jennifer to do my hands and feet. I went when they first opened and once she heard that I only preferred her she then said she was booked up for the day.. I didn’t like her tone and I will not be returning or even recommending this nail salon to anyone. They can’t do nails, don’t waste your time or money here. The reviews speak for themselves! I paid $30 for a gel polish no pedi, a gel manicure with acrylic for $50. Prices aren’t bad but considering everything else I had to endure, it should have been less in my opinion…

  the first two pictures are the first day just 3 hours after i left the salon (gel nails) and the second two are a week and 3 days later i would have went back to get it done but i had to leave for business out of town to me finger nails are not their specialty because i have gave them numerous opportunities to do my nails and they always mess up the same day (no im not rough with my nails) but they do an amazing job on toes just need better nail techs.

  I just left the salon moments ago and I’m looking for another salon. I’m so upset with my experience today. I went in for a simple refill and a repair on one finger. I left with misshapen nails and an absolutely dreadful color. The techs at this salon are so unbelievably unhelpful. I literally asked how the color had to be removed on my gel nails because I’m so unhappy with them I wanted to go home and at minimum remove the color and the lady’s response was shocking to me just so Nonchalant ok. Not what’s wrong, let’s fix the problem, nothing that lead me to believe she cared about my experience. I was so calm and respectful and in no way wanted to waste anyone’s time, receive anything for free or discounted. I just wanted a set of nails I wasn’t embarrassed by. I left paying full price for my service and tipped over 20% but I do not recommend this salon and I’m in tears from my terrible experience today.

  This place has really gone down over the last few years. I got my brows waxed yesterday. First of all, Ms Lady pulls my head back by grabbing onto my damn head wrap which pulled my hair. Where the hell they do that at?! Then she takes too much brow from the middle, and too much from the top of one brow. I won’t be going back. I miss whoever was there that use to do brows. Now I have to find a new place to go to cus they don’t know what the hell they’re doing over there. And their nails haven’t been good since 2018
