Don’t call this location they like to hang up on you. And when they get on the phone they are rude. Seems like everyone is mad at the world when they filled out the application to work here. Get nicer staff.

Bakery at this location is horrible. All the ladies are always rude and never willing to be helpful or give good customer service. My family has bought cakes for years here but have recently went else where bc of bad service. I stood at the entrance for a pick up for almost 5 mins while they all looked and acted too busy to ask me if I needed help or had a pick up. But within seconds of another customer walking up they greeted her and asked her what she was picking up. The customer then said this lady has a pick up as well she was here first, (speaking about me) The ladies inside the bakery ignored that comment and still asked the other customer what she was picking up.

I recently observed an employee enter the restroom without washing their hands afterward. This is a serious health and safety concern. Perhaps adding prominent signs in the restrooms reminding employees of the importance of handwashing could help to reinforce this crucial practice. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

You are the reason we are not renewing our membership. We were there at 9:50 am. Because we are not plus members, we couldn't even enter the store until 10. We don't need you that bad. There are other places we can shop.

Great prices and selections, probably won't need toilet paper for 6 months now. They could use an extra hand or two around the registers. But the ones working are friendly.

First time ordering for pick up. My order was ready when requested. Once there, I checked in and the most pleasant young lady brought out my order and I was on my way.

I do not like having to be pressed about showing a receipt for toilet paper and one thing of juice. I already had to wait in a long line to check out. Then to have to wait in another long line to have items checked is ridiculous. I was followed because I didn’t want to stand twenty min in a receipt checking line that had only one worker. For two small items with a receipt in my hand. Security really was
Like you need to wait in line..sir I will not wait in another line for items I clearly paid for. Have no reason to steal nothing out of this or any store. I’d rather shop at the one in bossier at least I wouldn’t be standing in a like that’s not even a check out line for twenty min.
Doesn’t matter even if you scan and go they still wanna haggle you.

Absolutely horrible service by the tire center over the last month. Corey is extremely rude and unprofessional. To start, I had some new tires installed by the tire center and one of my wheels ended up getting damaged. Nobody said anything. Corey offered to replace the wheel after reviewing the camera footage but he would not replace it with an original oem wheel like what was damaged. He ordered an aftermarket wheel that looked totally different then got very mad when I told him it was a fake and started yelling at me and my fiancé on the sales floor. I ended up having to order the correct wheel myself because the tire center couldn't figure that out even though I gave them a vendor and a part number to check when ordering. Went back today 10/30 with the correct wheel and Corey was immediately rude as soon as he saw me even though I was being friendly. Took my invoice then came back, wouldn't acknowledge me and put his arm out to hand it back to me so I grabbed it from him then he turned around and bowed up at me and called me some racial slurs threatening to fight me. The two tire techs that were with him had to push him into the shop so he wouldn't fight me. Once he was in the shop he started walking up to the window and mouthing profanity towards me and started cussing at me every time he walked back onto the sales floor from the shop. Spoke to kasha and I believe Tracy? that neither of which were friendly in resolving the issue and neither seemed to care about how their employee was acting towards customers. I really hope something is done about this finally
