Barry Toney is amazing!!!! He knows my hair and exactly what it needs. He is so knowledgable about hair and always makes me feel so beautiful. Seasons Salon & Events location looks like it should be in downtown Dallas. Just a great atmosphere and fun place to feel beautiful.

Never come here! The hairdresser Anna barnhill ruined my hair! None of the staff is “professional†and when something happens they are very rude! Anna did not know what she was doing, I noticed she had to ask what to do for everything after I already had dye in my hair. I had black roots with blonde at the bottom trying to go mostly fully blonde, she started foil on my hair at the bottom then worked her way to the top. That's not what a professional does! Clearly the black needs longer to sit. It took her 4 hours to foil my hair which is ridiculous. I told her I had work at 3 and needed to leave at 2:30, keep in mind I showed up there right when they opened! At 2:10 is when she got done washing my hair. When I looked at my hair I noticed my hair looked exactly how it did when I came in but I had blonde at my roots then black then orange then red and then blonde and it was not blended! It looked horrible. She then tried to tell me that's what I wanted? Uh no. Then she got other hairdressers to come tell me it lifted perfectly! And it's what I wanted. Orange and brassy and red that's not BLENDED with black and blonde is not lifted perfectly. She gave me a quote of $160 that was supposed to come with a trim. I had no time to get a haircut that was supposed to come with the price I didn't even get my hair dryed because I had to leave for work and she took literally forever. I shouldn't have paid the $160 that day but I had no time to get a manager or even argue with anyone about it! I noticed later in the day my scalp was burning and itching and she burnt my hair! So the next day I called and talked with a manager. All she did was make excuses and started to blame me. The manager offered to fix my hair with bleach again in 2 days, what professional would recommend to bleach someone's hair in 2 days when a clients hair is already damaged and burning from what her salon did? I knew from reading reviews, one lady got her hair dyed and when she showered all the dye came out. She kept trying to make appts and she ended up having time 2 weeks later and they told her the offer to fix it no longer stands because it's “been too longâ€. I'm sorry but a professional business when you jack someone's hair up and make them pay outrageous prices you need to do whatever it takes to fix it! No excuses! And a professional hairdresser should know in order to keep a clients hair healthy waiting 2 weeks to dye again isn't unreasonable. I knew from that if I wanted it fixed In a week or two the offer wouldn't even stand anymore. And on top of that I didn't even trust any of there hairdressers to touch my hair again. So I told her I want my money back. They jacked my hair, I didn't get a haircut, and I left with my hair wet. The manager talked to me with an attitude and said I can only get half of my money back because that's not how the hair business works. I was like okay keep talking to me like this, I will file a complaint with the licensing board. She replied with a snarky comment saying “go ahead, they can't do anything to us we are already licensedâ€. Okay a doctor has a license but if they aren't practicing correctly they get it taken away? Then she told me I couldn't get my refund right away and I'll have it sent to me. I told her no, I have plans coming up and I need that money to go to someone else to fix it so I need to come to the salon to get it. I asked her for her name, she told me her name and then says I know your family very well. Okay? That means nothing to me. She then told me all I do is argue and I'm very unreasonable. That's not how you talk to a client that you just basically scammed. Then she finally agreed to let me come get it from the salon. Seasons salon is a horrible salon and I hope nobody goes here because none of them should be aloud to touch anyone's hair.

Love, love Kayleigh! She always does an amazing cut and takes the time to teach me techniques to get the perfect curl. I come in with a photo of something I want to try and she gives me a Styling 101 course with my cut. Definitely recommend Kayleigh with Seasons if you’re looking to add a little sass to your hairstyle
