They lied to my face. Checked my truck and said they needed to find the parts and price them and would contact me once found. When I hasn’t heard anything after more than two days I called to follow up. Now none of the employees I spoke to remembered me of my vehicle. Okay. That’s your story?? Reading other reviews made me realize I’m not crazy. This was intentional because of the hue of my skin.
Don’t be cowards and waste people’s time. If you don’t want black folks business say that up front.

At the age of 36 I have grown so much patience so believe me when I say I have been nothing but kind and patient but this place really doesn’t deserve 4 stars I have been her 4 times as a walk in early mornings no later the 9 am bc I’ve came soon as I’ve dropped the kids off at school and I’ve set here until pick up time 2 getting the kids out of school and not once have my car been seen. So here I am now thinking my 5 time would be different bc I’ve made an appointment which my appointment was for 12:30 and I arrived about 12:15 it is now 2:01 and my car has not been touched. So if any reads this please send help other affordable trust worthy car service companies

Misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me $600. Diagnosed it myself and took my vehicle to another shop and got it fixed for $145. If you more than tire don’t go here.

The worst auto shop to visit ! They gave me the run around for 4 days straight instead of just telling me their mechanic is booked up, instead Christiana told me come this day at 8 AM he will be able to work on your car. However when I get here now it’s “oh he has other jobs to do I can call you but he also leaves at 1pm.” Like are you serious! Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend trying to schedule any auto work to be done.

Went to get a alignment. Left and realized that my vehicle was pulling to the right, instantly went back to get it corrected. Owner was very snarky and rude. Undercover racism is what I took from it. He told her to give my keys back because it had been two months since service. I had just gotten service 10 minutes earlier. Watch who you support and spend your money with. They also called the police, but I eventually received a refund. Terrible people, I will never return.

Went for a alignment and they was only accepting drop offs….. very disappointing‼️‼️
