One of my favorite places to eat in BR whenever I'm in town. You know a Mexican restaurants gonna be good if it's connected to a grocery store. This place is super affordable and very authentic! We come and get their burrito and flauta Everytime. The service is normal, nothing amazing, but great for a quick lunch bite. This place is never super busy, usually only maybe 4 or 5 other parties during lunch. Highly recommend!

It's ok I guess, they have variety, but it's overpriced. At the meat market I got a whole strip of spicy watermelon lollipops for the same price I got only 4 pops here.

Food is fantastic. Went searching for breakfast tacos one Saturday morning and ended up here. I keep coming back. The breakfast is to die for. Ham and eggs served with warm tortillas and the best rice and beans, the chilaquiles are to die for. Fajitas are fantastic. Really is such a hidden gem in BR.

Wished I had come here sooner because the food here is PRETTY DARN GOOD!-The barbocoa and lengua taco were juicy, tender, and mouth-watering! -The baledas was awesome, too. What is a baledas? It's an American-style soft taco slathered in refried black beans and a bit of white farmers' cheese, then folded over. -And lastly, the pupusas was the best one I've ever had in my life. Pupusas are thick corn tortillas that can be stuffed with various fillings, including various meats, refried beans, cheese, and even squash flowers.Overall, you gotta come here! And I'll definitely be coming back!

Never disappointed when I come here and I ALWAYS crave it. They're so authentic and I haven't found a place that beats it yet. I always get their tacos and papusas and they are amazing!

Have you ever had Honduran food? It's not like Mexican, Central America has its own flavor profile, less spice than Mexican, more simple and solid flavors. For instance, if you haven't had crema, you've only had the wack version of sour cream. Their cheese are also different, like a really nice Feta. The do a mayonnaise based salad dressing. It's unique and wonderful. The tamal, wrapped in a banana leaf and steamed was an experience. Again( the flavors are mild but they're also balanced and just right. The carne asada plate was Fire! More like a steak dinner than fajitas. Even the horchata was well done! We worked out the Spanglish, and it was well worth the trip:

I must've ordered the wrong thing. I really wanted to love this place as much as the reviews. The salsa was great! It was fresh and spicy! As for everything else, it was so so and nothing remarkable. My steak tacos were thick and unflavorful. The gordita wasn't terrible. The beans and sour cream gave it a little umph. The green spicy sauce was gooood which also saved the meal lol. Everyone was friendly tho. Maybe I'll try again some day

I love their chicken gordita. The horchata's are a treat. You can't find them everywhere. The server's are also really friendly.

I have never left a Yelp review before this restaurant, but it was so unbelievably good that I can't go without raving!! It's the day after and I'm still thinking about the tacos I had yesterday and recommending it to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor and get yourself to this restaurant, but I have to warn you...no other Mexican food will satisfy you ever again!

It's good. Didn't care for the queso. I couldn't even dip the chips in. They all just broke.

One word: Gorditas! My friend and I visited this restaurant during our Saturday errands and it was our best pit stop of the day. Very welcoming atmosphere. The server was very helpful in explaining the menu. I decided to step a little out my comfort zone and order a Gordita and I am in love. All the food was flavorful and filling and cost effective. I will definitely be back!
