“Highly recommend this shop we run 365 70R 22.5 Michelin steer tires hard to find in stock.As we have a large custom sleeper.Luckily Brian Cumbie (mgr) was in Dallas area for a meeting he took his own time to travel to Ft Worth store to bring them to Shreveport for us.Danny Draper (Service manager)made all the arrangers to meet our needs and Larry Porter their tire specialist took great care with our equipment.We parked in their large lot overnight they had our new steers on and we were rolling by 8:30.Thank you T& W Tire we really appreciate all you did for us”

“Great work and even better customer service! I came in to get the donut on my car swapped out and ended up with a new tire since they didn't have a used one that was a match. The price they quoted me was $15 cheaper than the last place I went to replace a tire last month. (I swear I'm not a bad driver, these roads are just TRASH & my car is old.)The guys are all super friendly & funny and FAST. I think I was there for maybe 10 minutes. “These guys are wonderful! Our camper had a blowout on Friday after, then the spare blew. Will actually kept the shop open a little longer so we could get there (ended up at the Moore's right next door) but we got the tires we needed ordered and they installed all of them Monday with no wait time at all. “I recently purchased some vintage wheels. Wally's is the first place I thought of to take the old tires off. There prices are very reasonable. They didn't hesitate to take the job, even though these old tires were difficult to take off. One wheel had been cut, I thought damaged beyond repair, but they have a professional that can repair them. I will be picking up the wheel tomorrow! Wally's plugs flats, balances tires, sells new and used tires as well. Wally told me he treats customers the way he would like to be treated. I witness this every time I get my tires repaired or replaced.”

“This is a great drive in car wash. I only have two issues, not major, but just a couple suggestions or observations. This car wash does not clean the tail gate of my truck near as good as it cleans the front and sides. Also, certain Xpress car washes I’ve been to have a device at the end of the wash that will bump your side mirrors back into place. The whirling cleaners will push your side mirrors out so I have to get out my vehicle and straighten them back up. All in all, I happily pay my monthly fee for a quick, adequate car wash.”

“The service was excellent. I needed my tire checked, as I suspected I had a leak somewhere. I got it change and had my donut on my car. I work from 7am to 7pm and was unable to make it to a tire shop on time. I googled and found these guys. Their service was excellent!! They came to my work, got my tire, took it to their shop, repaired it and brought it back to me and placed it on my car!! I was very pleased with their service....and to top it off, they were very reasonable with the charges. Thank you guys....I highly recommend their service.”

“I was en route to MS, and 35 miles south of Shreveport on I-49 a tire hit a nail and went flat almost instantly. It was late afternoon and I called several tire stores after a quick Google search, but was told only "we can help you tomorrow." But Isaac at BK Tire responded immediately. My tire was an unusual size and he rushed to the warehouse, getting a replacement literally 2 minutes before it closed at 5 pm. Then he drove to where I was stranded, removed the flat, rushed back to his store with the rim to mount and balance the new tire, and he had the new tire on my car before sunset. He charged me a remarkably nominal fee. In every sense he went the extra mile for me, a complete stranger. I can't say enough good about his professionalism, competency, and genuine concern for his customers.”
