“We wanted to get our son’s 2015 Tundra inspected,oil changed and door locks fixed before he left for college. We had an appointment at John Harvey Toyota for Monday August 18th. They hadn’t even looked at the truck by Monday the 25th. So, we picked it up and took it to Southern Automotive. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 48 hours. Super friendly service with years of experience. We sure do appreciate them!”

“I’ve used Shreveport Discount Tire twice now, and both experiences have been great. The guys I’ve dealt with have been friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with.
I told them what I could afford upfront, we agreed on a price, and they got me taken care of. No hassle, no trying to upsell me—just in, out, and back on the road. Their used tires are a great value, especially when you just need something affordable to get you by.
For clarity, I did have to replace the tire again about six months after my first visit, but that’s on my vehicle, not them. I know my alignment is off after replacing a wheel bearing, so I’m using these tires as a stopgap until I can get the alignment taken care of.
I’m not sure what happened with some of the negative reviews or who they interacted with, because my experience has been the complete opposite. Both people I’ve dealt with have been extremely friendly, and I’ve been in and out quickly both times.
I continue to recommend this place to anyone I know who needs new or used tires, and I’ll definitely keep coming back myself.”

“I have been here twice!! The first time, I got my brake pads changed, which they did very quickly and at a very reasonable price! Today, I went due to potentially needing a new wheel bearing. They were incredibly honest and let me know that my wheel bearing is fine rather than make extra money to change it! Also, before they checked it, they quoted wheel bearing changing prices a quarter of the price of another shop I called! They have been so fair each time I have gone to them, and they have not taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge at all!! Highly recommend this place for your car maintenance needs. I will be using them every time I need repairs!! Great prices and great service!!!”
“Google tricked me and I wrote a bad review for the when it was a competitor up the street. Went there for a hard to find tire and they had two. We drove up and have specific instructions, which they followed well. In and out with two used rooted in less than 10 minutes! Only beef I had with them is that they use no torque wrenches so's that I can get them off again... They served us well and quickly!”
